La peor experiencia, dos frigoríficos que no funcionan que del primero me acusaron de estropearlo yo… el último desafortunadamente los técnicos de AEG han dicho que tenia un micro poro por donde salió el gas. La garantía de dos años acabo un mes antes y no cubre. Me aconsejan comprar uno nuevo ya que puede ser un defecto de fabricación y por supuesto el pago de la visita del Tecnico.Después del trato que tuve, ni llame a Euronics para decirles nada ya que sabía de sobra la actitud que iban a tener.Si realmente quieres un buen servicio, precio y post venta, crucen la calle y vayan a Bertomeu y con eso la digo todo.

I normally don't give bad reviews and try to solve the issue directly. Sadly, this didn't work out.The Euronics team was really nice and the lady at the front desk especially did a great job of selling me a dishwasher + installation.The problems occurred 3 month later, when our dishwasher stopped working. The water could not drain anymore. It turned out, that the draining water hose was jammed / broken. After inspection we saw the issue (see picture). Euronics fixed it by taping the hose, which was not a permanent solution for me, because water damage could happen at any time. I asked them to please replace the water hose, but they refuse out of two reasons: 1) they only give support for up to 1 month - even though this was a hidden defect, 2) they accused me of breaking the hose - were I have no idea, how I could have done this.It's sad. Now I'll pay the 98 € extra for the professional AEG for replacing it. I guess, I should have chosen that service for installation from beginning and bought the machine directly via internet shop site.

We are very satisfied with Evas treatment, knowledge and service knowledge! We have been customer since 2012, in Euronics store in Benitatchell and when Eva moved to the shop in Teulada, we changed store. Euronics has an assortment that suits us. The only thing we lack is service and sale with internet as earlier.
