We have rented citroen C3 Aircross the car was brand new and served us very well. The stuff is very friendly and the fact that you do not need credit card when renting with full insurance is a plus. The pick up from the terminal was instant. The bus was already there when we arrived and in 5 minutes we were at the pick up place. Zero wait time and very quick pick up was a plus too. I am highly recommending this rental place.

Be careful where you fill up your car with fuel! I had a very bad experience when I handed over the car. Approximately 15 km from the Hasso office , I filled up until the tank until the gas ran out of the tank :) When I arrived at the office, a lady asked me where I filled up, I showed her the receipt where I filled up and she told me that I had to fill up at a nearby gas station although the fuel gauge shows full.The funny part is that when you rent a car, they show you that they give you a full tank through the signal lines on the board. If you do the same thing, it is not valid :)))I had to waste some time looking for that peco station to put gas in the tank until it started flowing again :) I paid 3E for this full tank, I think it cost more the way there and the gasoline that flowed... :)If we are looking at what the car manufacturer says in the technical sheet of the car, a full tank does not mean that you put gas until it flows on the floor :)And this was not communicated to me verbally, nor did it say something like that in the contract, that I have to refuel from I don't know which station when I hand over the carUnfortunately, hunger often exceeds common sense and leads to such embarrassing situations for some company.As for the car, the pickup from the airport and the transfer back, 10 stars.Unfortunately for the attitude I give 3 stars.

Be aware:First of all this HASO is actually ROIG. I waited 20 minutes to leave the airport. At the rental office, I was asked by the employee to provide a credit card and because I didn t posses this type of card I was obliged by the circumstances to pay 200 EUR more, for full insurance.Being for the first time in Spain, I was not aware that if you rent a car without full insurance you need a credit card ( which is not a normal/debit card ). It is true, that it was mentioned in the conditions that a credit card is required, but I tought is about a normal card.They could have blocked the full amount of a reparation from my debit card, but they were so rigid and keen about the credit card.I felt robbed by this company because when I rented car they seemed to have a good price, but at the end they made me pay a lot.I hope it will help some people.

Top experience . Would give 6 stairs if possibile. Best prices , you can use debit card , new cars , i waited 10/15min for their Van to pick me up. When I left the Airport i saw them departing from the Airport. Would reccomend and use their service again for sure.

Muy buena experiencia con Hasso Rent a Car. Tomamos un Citroen C3 o similar pero solo había un Car mas grande y mejor :) (un Peugeot 5008).Los propietarios son muy simpáticos y eficientes. Hay un autobús de enlace que nos ha traído del aeropuerto a la oficina. También hay lo mismo cuando dejamos el coche para regresar al aeropuerto.Gracias por el servicio !

2nd time I've rented here and it's perfect!The shuttle from the airport is fast and easy to find with the extensive instructions from their emails.Nice clean office with gas station right around the corner (convenient when returning the car).A reservation of 120 Euros is placed on the credit card for in case you return the car with an empty tank. The release of the reservation is instant when returning the car full (which is super easy because of the gas station around the corner).The cars are brand new and very comfartable to drive.See you next time when visiting Mallorca again!

From the airport, a shuttle took us to their office few minutes away where we got our rented car. Hasso Rent-a-car was included in our SecretEscapes.de package from Lufthansa Holidays. Approximately 30eur per day in addition since we took Automatic car. The service was great, car was clean and had a high windshield (Citroen C4 Picasso Automatik) so we get to take full view pictures from inside the car.

Transfer from the airport to the rental by minibus was completely without waiting, the car was in great condition. We even had a car with CarPlay support. Really great service. I recommend. Thanks!
