⚠️ ATTENTION❗️We rent a car a week ago, opel astra, during the sign of the contract the operator told us to check the car damage, so we check, the car was parked between 2 other car, 50 cm away from each, we took a look around and see more damage, but they said only damage bigger then 2 square cm was relevant. BUT, I was unfortunately able at that moment and i also forgot to check the car under the car body and when we took back the car they immediately find a damage that was not clearly visible as she finally said. It’s just my word against their, but i was the only person who drove that car, and only me could make a damage like that. And i didn’t. So check the car everywhere before and took a video around the car from top to the under part. They charge more than 200 euros for a damage like this.But the guys who took us from/to the airport was really gentle.Pay attention to the gas station close to airport, try to fill a portable tank with a few liters, like 5 or 6… and then check how many liters you have.

Reservé con esta empresa un vehículo por una semana. Cuando llegas a recogerlo si no tienes una tarjeta de CRÉDITO te dicen que tienes que sacar un seguro de 100€ porque el seguro que contratamos con anterioridad no sirve. Es algo que ya saben y hacen a conciencia. Si vuelvo desde luego NO repetiría con esta empresa. Al final el cliente busca que sea sencillo de alquilar y sin letra pequeña en cuanto a coberturas de coche. Pues esta empresa no es la mejor ni mucho menos.

I booked a Fiat 500 from their website with full insurance, and everything was perfect! They take you and drop you off from / at the airport. The car was new - 10k km and it was the cheapest one compared to other rental companies. For 9 days was cheaper than for 4 days. When I handed them the key, they only checked the fuel, so I don't understand why all the bad reviews! Take the full insurance from their website and you'll have no problem! Thanks!

I absolutely recommend that you RUN from this predatory company!… Even though I bought full insurance, upon arriving to pick up my car I was informed this was not their insurance and because of that I would have to pay for any damages!… Upon returning the vehicle, I was charged almost €600 for 2 small dents I had no idea were there! They say it happened during my rental; that someone tried to rob the vehicle. Wow; €600 for 2 tiny dents, really,! And no proof that it will cost that much money to fix the little debts (I highly doubt it; just pocketing money at tourists’ expense!). All this with absolute lack of empathy, caring; being condescending, rude… PLUS it RAINED in the car on the driver’s seat all on the last day!! I was driving drenched because the rubber gasket that's supposed to seal the water and keep it out was clearly worn out and needs replacing; the window cleaners were extremely worn out; the breaks squeaked like piglets… They don't fix any of the issues they say you caused or real issues: they just rent right on to the next victim. The car was full of scratches, dents, cigarette burns. It was dirty when given to me... When I brought up the fact that the car didn't protect me from the elements (rain) and tried to show him videos, the employee was immediately hostile and dismissive. They treat you horribly.TERRIBLE PREDATORY w*nkers that just want to take your money. Keep away at your own risk!

Booked car hire with drivalia via Zest and was pleasantly surprised by the service.There is a shuttle to and from the airport which is quick and easy. Drivalia offices are brand new and air conditioned and the staff were efficient and friendly, no hard sell on additional cover as I had booked premium. We got a nice new Berlingo with plenty of room for not much more than a smaller car.

They scare you that every scratch above 1cm will be charged 230 EUR fixed, then they give you a car where only 1/3 damages are reported. So I had to spend and extra hour under sun documenting and adding 15-25 damages to the contract with a kid and a pregnant wife. Another German tourist had 100 notes/pictures…This was not a pleasant experience at all. they tried to rush me through this documenting process like I owed them something.Although when delivering car a guy came and reviewed it in a few minutes, no questions asked.

Nos dieron un peugeot 308 muy nuevo super equipado con carplay inhalambrico. La recepcion fue rapida y dejarlo fue lo mas facil del mundo.Tienen un shuttle bus directo al aeropuerto. Por poner alguna pega pediria alguno mas pero bien.Pagamos un seguro extra de 96€ para no tener que hacer el deposito de 1250€. Es invertir en tranquilidad. Recomendable. No entiendo la baja puntuacion! En mi caso particular lo recomiendo!

We rented a little opel Corsa for 5 days on the island, the staff were super friendly and also helped us with where to deliver the car after having to leave early in the morning. The car was in fantastic mechanical condition and allowed us to get all over the island without any stress

Do NOT use this company. Save your money for a company like Budget or Avis.The staff have no customer service skills. They didn’t provide a shuttle bus from the drop off location to the airport.When I arrived at the airport it was a 60 minute wait for the shuttle bus. If you have a family and small children this is not ideal.The car I got broke down. Their cars are not trustworthy at all. Just like the terrible staff they have.Once again my advice is don’t NOT use them. You’ll regret it if you do!Also if you try and call them you won’t get any answer
