Nomada Eco Mountain Retreat
This was a restorative, inspiring & happy weekend. I did the yoga & art retreat which was a brilliant combination. Kat is such a lovely, calm and friendly host who also cooks amazing food, i bought Anna Jones recipe book before I’d even got home! Her yoga classes are just right- balance of movement and rest/ meditation. Lucy the art teacher was also fab because she got us out of the thinking of ‘it’s not perfect/ good enough’ and into just having fun and exploring new techniques. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, I can’t wait to go back :)

Nomada Eco Mountain Retreat
I had a wonderful weekend here participating in a yoga and art retreat. The host Kat is a fabulous chef, yoga instructor and made us all feel so welcome with her warm personality. We enjoyed delicious home made vegan meals and wonderful cold pressed EVO right from their own olive trees. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The art teacher, Lucy, was so much fun and created a safe environment for all of us to explore and have fun with some new art materials and techniques. Finally, I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of smart interesting women to spend this restorative time with. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to going back.
