Nach einem Blitzeinschlag waren Heiko und sein Team ein wichtiger Partner bei der Reparatur unseres Bootes. Immer erreichbar, immer freundlich hat Heiko uns auch noch regelmäßig mit Bildern über den Stand der Arbeiten informiert. Große Klasse und bei weitem nicht selbstverständlich. Wir hatten ein defektes Klo, einen verklemmten Furler und einen defekten Generator auf unserem 57ft Segelboot. Ich fragte per email an, ob Yachtservice uns helfen können, da wir am nächsten Tag einen Aufenthalt in Port d‘Andratx geplant hatten. innerhalb einer Stunde kam Heiko per whatsappp auf mich zurück, bat um Bilder, hat alles organisiert. Am nächsten Tag wurden die Arbeiten begonnen und am übernächsten Tag alle erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Haben nebenbei die Klimaanlage repariert und unsere Gangway(hatte einen Riss) geharzt. Super freundliches und hoch professionelles Team. Hat uns den Urlaub gerettet! Ein herzliches Danke an Heiko und sein Team!

Gut organisierter und sehr gut von einem deutschen Bootsbauer geführter Yachtservice in einem der schönsten Häfen von Mallorca. Man spricht spanisch, englisch, deutsch. Das Personal ist gut ausgebildet, freundlich, sorgfältig und schnell.
