Very very bad customer service!!!Bad reputation...

Tom has been more than helpful in securing the SeaRay that we were looking for. We had emailed to say we wanted the boat but ours had completed. We confirmed a date to turn up and even though he had another buyer he held it for us. We paid our deposit and he has been doing the work required and has kept us up to date with photos. We are going next week for sea trial and collection.Tom has his way of doing things but we have had no problems ….we will see what happens after sea trial and beyond

as a boat trader I discuss an option on a yacht by email and telephone for 14 days. booked tickets from the Netherlands. Emailed these to Tom for confirmation of the appointment.arrived at the office. I am told that the boat has already been sold.Thats not how you do business as an original yacht broker Tom .carrera yachting is therefore in my opinion an unreliable companyalso heard this in Malaga for confirmationtake advantage of this as a buyer.sorry but this is not the way to do businessno insight into the condition of a yacht (gelcoat in good condition!!!) verry bad condition and also oneunheard of sales technique
