El mejor hotel en el que he estado.Servicio de 10, personal amable y cuidado todo al detalle. Dispensador de agua en el pasillo, piscinas tranquilas (sin niños).Lo mejor, el buffet, estuvimos 1 semana con pensión completa y no repetimos de plato ningún día, mucha variedad y lo más importante, comida de calidad y rica.Volveremos seguro!! Un hotel de 10

First time I went to an adult only hotel. It was peaceful and relaxing. Me and my partner loved the food as it was freshly made and delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. We used the spa which was easy to book. A very good experience. Must try if you are going. The location of the hotel is good, walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Took a lovely long walk to the Salou town centre ( or you can take the bus) Thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel itself was very clean, no issues there. There is water dispenser on some floors and ice dispenser on other floors. Magnum and Conetto ice cream available within the inclusive. Enjoyed the evening entertainment. Would definitely go back.

First time we visited was 2019 shortly after it opened. It is still as good now as it was then. The staff are amazing and the room we stayed in was great. We went all inclusive and the food changes from day to day with a few staple foods staying the same. There wasn’t a single day we were dissatisfied with what was on offer and the quality was really good. Got to know a number of staff members and it made the stay all that more special.

Nos gustó prácticamente todo de este hotel. Las habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas; camas cómodas e incluso una cafetera de cápsulas, nevera y caja fuerte. La comida del comedor bastante buena con una variedad aceptable. El espectáculo nocturno muy ameno y divertido. Pero lo que más quiero destacar es la excepcional atención que te brinda todo el personal del hotel, haciendo especial hincapié en el que nos ofreció Andrea. En resumen un sitio para volver y disfrutar de sus servicios.

Very relaxing hotel, room over looked pool, very quiet and peaceful, there was always sun lounges available around the pool. No booking sun lounges with towels, everyone very friendly and respectful. Our room was 215 and the air conditioner didn't work but once we letvthrm know they had someone up o fix it within seconds. Excellent place to stay.

Lugar ideal para parejas. Nosotros estuvimos pasando un finde de relax y fue magnífico. Las habitaciones amplias y todo nuevo, la cama super cómoda. Las dos piscinas son muy chulas, aunque nosotros estuvimos más en la de la planta calle, se estaba súper tranquilo y con un mojito en la mano, estábamos en la gloria. Ahora ya no podremos ir por ser papás, pero lo recordamos como una escapada ideal.

Currently at this hotel. About normal for the expectation levels. Food generally good, not any gluten or dairy free choices at lunch or dinner though.I fell in the lift yesterday on a very wet floor and hurt my elbow badly. I reported it to reception but they took no interest, I asked about filling in an accident form but they refused.I also have requested twice that the music be lowered at the rooftop pool due to my autism sensory issues. Yesterday it was no problem but today it wasn't possible!The hotel would want to decide if they are happy to engage in discrimination against autism or not!Most of the staff are so nice and the hotel is in such a good location that its a pity this attitude is letting it down.

Esta bastante bien. Tiene buen servicio y te tratan genial. Un buffet casi perfecto. Y las había raciones normales pero bien, lo único que no estaban echas para la hora de comer, entonces, venías de la playa y no podías ducharte porque estaba la chica limpiando en ese momento (14:00).La animación normal, no es un espectáculo, es gente cantando normal, pero esta bien. Me ha faltado un bingo, pero bueno…Volvería.

Reception staff very good but returning the pool towels they wouldn't touch them,carried over a basket with outreached arms, made us feel like leppers!Bar staff and floor service absolutely useless. Cocktails are like water so don't waste your money. I complained to one guy and literally was ousted for the rest of the week. Had staff coming up to me being rude because I mentioned it.No sight of any management around this hotel.Food in the restaurant is very average. Never enough of the fresh meat/fish that's being cooked is available. Constantly waiting, staff in the restaurant are slow and got our drinks order wrong numerous times.Overall its OK, wouldn't be rushing back. Staff need more training and need a personality check. Pool is grand, entertainment is good to pass an hour. Cleaners do a good job even though there were ants in the bathroom most of the week. It's a 3 star at most.

Muy recomendable hotel en el límite entre Salou y Pineda (zona muy tranquila sin los agobios del centro de Salou).Consta de dos piscinas y una de ellas con cierre a las 21 horas en la quinta planta con vistas espectaculares.Reformado recientemente da sensación de estar recién construido.Comida maravillosa con gran variedad de opciones.La única pega es que la cama de matrimonio es de 1,35.
