Budget Alquiler de coches

Yo quería agradecer a Carlos, empleado en el aeropuerto de Bilbao, por su amabilidad y profesionalidad.Por error mío reservé un vehículo que, por tamaño, no era adecuado para mi bebé, mi mujer y yo.Carlos, muy amablemente, se puso manos a la obra y rápidamente nos ofreció una alternativa con la que quedamos muy satisfechos.Muchas gracias.Oskar Rodriguez

Mi caso es el mismo que otros clientes. El avión se retrasa, teniendo ellos el nº de vuelo y siendo conscientes de ello, con email de aviso desde mi parte y con llamadas para que me esperaran y no nos esperaron. Perdimos así el coche de alquiler. Gracias a otra compañía de alquiler que si estaba esperando a sus clientes y pudimos alquilar otro coche.

Renting from Budget was an awful experience. Upon pickup of our pre-booked one way rental, the agents at this location offered us the option to change our drop off location. We did so. Only after arriving at our final destination were we told that the change doubled the cost of our booking. Their support team was as dreadful being dismissive of the issue. Extremely disappointed by the unethical business practices.

The Budget rental at Bilbao Airport is a horrible company and people should use other rentals. When you arrive they are very aggressive trying to get you to buy an upgrade that they say is a much better car for a few Euros more". That is incorrect as they are in fact trying to get much more money out of you. In my case I had to return the car before they open. Do not do this! They claim that you have caused damage to the car that you did not cause and they will charge you! You are left in a horrible situation and basically there is nothin that you can do. Bottom line - Budget Spain is not a company that people can trust. To be avoided."

Pésimo.Alquilamos un coche en el aeropuerto de Tenerife Norte vía web para tenerlo al aterrizar, el vuelo se retrasó, avisamos del retraso y la única solución que nos daban era esperarnos media hora, nos cobraron la cancelación del alquiler y nos dejaron sin coche porque la oficina cerró..era la única cerrada del aeropuerto, una y no más.

DON’T RENT IN HERE!!!I have a really awful experience -In order to rent you a car, they are willing to tell you a missleading price, then they don’t send you the receipt so you can not check. It is basically a scam konglomerat company.It is more than a month from the day I rented, and I am still waiting to get at least some deposit back.They can not send even that.CHOOSE OTHER!!!

What an awful experience. The guy who checked us in was in no other word..incompetent! They are pretty rude and their attitude is not what you expect from a global brand who deals with international customers. We did not receive any paperwork when we picked up the car (just handed a set of keys and told to collect it from a parking spot). He didn’t explain a thing about the rental. Didn’t provide a vehicle check with documents showing the existing damage. Didn’t email us anything with the contract details nor provided a printed copy. When we returned the car we were slapped with a damage fee that we DID NOT do, but given that we had no paperwork at pickup, couldn’t prove it. We were told by the lady at drop-off that she had waived the damage fees, as we hadn’t done them and she showed us a €0.00 total on her tablet. So we signed and realised as soon as we walked into the terminal to the airport that she had conned us and hid the €217 fine. She quickly swiped past on the ipad that section saying that we would not be charged. Liars! Absolutely disgusting service to say the least. Will be logging a formal complaint and raising it all with ECRCS. It seems like just this location and staff are terrible. We hired again from Budget in Porto later that day, they were a dream to deal with and very professional. Please do not hire with this Budget location unless you want to get scammed!!! Beware! Beware! Beware!!

Bastante satisfecha con el servicio prestado. La recogida en el aeropuerto ha sido rápida y sin ningún tipo de problema. La entrega fue a las 6am, por lo que no había personal, nos indicaron dónde debíamos dejar el coche y el buzón para la llave. A las 7 am recibí un correo informándome de que la entrega se había echo con éxito y automáticamente se me entregó la fianza que tenía retenida en mi cuenta.

Such an awful company! They give you a car that already has damages and then try to charge you for the damages already there. Please beware and take pictures and videos of the car. Or best don’t accept a car that already has damages. Luckily for us, we had the evidence to prove that the damages were already there at the time of pick up.

No cometas el error de alquilar aquí un coche. Te van a faltar el respeto y cuando le recrimines su actitud te insultaran y se pondrán a discutir contigo para después decirte que no te van a alquilar un vehículo que ya has pagado. Sobre todo la Señorita Selene, total falta de amabilidad y total falta de disposición para ayudar además te van gritar, insultar y te van a dejar tirado en el aeropuerto..al lado tienes a Hertz, Sixt u otros. No cometas el error de alquilar nada aquí son unos sinvergüenzas.
