An unbelievable experience with Aydée and team. We decided to buy an apartment in Valencia but due to our travel schedule, we had to complete the transaction in a really tight timeline without being able to physically be in Valencia. We were able to rely on Aydée completely and she went above and beyond to close this transaction for us. She was able to navigate the process and keep us updated (in English), provide valuable advice where we had doubts, and even supported the seller with certain processes! Cannot recommend Aydée and VL Abogados enough - Thank you!

Aydee helped us with our property purchase and was instrumental in dealing with (inept) estate agents. Covid caused prolonged delays but she managed to finally help us push the sale through. Not only was she quick in responding to our (endless) questions, she also guided us through the (crazy) Spanish process and paperwork! She made our life easier! I highly recommend Aydee if you are looking to avoid some stressful legal situations!

We used the services of Aydée both for writing Spanish Wills and for purchasing a house in Valencia. She made both processes simple and straightforward for us, even though aspects were complicated, and she talked us through the issues and solutions. We speak very little Spanish so it was a huge help to have her support in English, ensuring we understood what was happening in documents and meetings. We now consider her to be our family solicitor and will turn to her support whenever we need. Really cannot recommend her highly enough.

We are very happy with Valencia Lawyer's services. At the start buying an apartment seemed impossible, particularly setting up bank accounts and obtaining NIE numbers which we needed for our purchase. Valencia Lawyer’s came highly recommended to us. We worked with Aydee who explained the process to us, directed us to a suitable bank to open an account, arranged an introduction to the bank manager and introduced us to a UK based notary who assisted us with obtaining our NIE numbers. A completion date was agreed with Aydee. She prepared and translated all the documents. When we met with the notary to sign for our apartment she translated during that meeting too. We highly recommend Valencia Lawyers and Aydee based on our experience.
