I lived in the friendly village of Albanchez for a few years and then returned to the UK, therefore I decided to sell my three bedroom villa.I was encouraged by my kind hearted Spanish neighbours to contact Almeria Casas because of their integrity and professionalism. During the year or so before buying our house, we had viewed houses with about six other agents. Probably because of our low budget, they all seemed uninterested, did not go out of their way to help, basically it seemed as if they could not be bothered with us.
