Pedí un burguer para mi hermana y para mi a domicilio, la comida vino horrible, las patatas estaban frias por no decir congeladas, me pedí la CBK la lechuga venía en mal estado, un olor horrible y el pan quemado, el queso tenía un pinta asquerosa. Mi hermana se pidió una woper vegetal, se comió la mitad enseguida se fue a vomitar.

The food is very normal for BK, so no comment on that. The workers however…I don’t think I have ever seen anyone work that slowly before. The worker had zero motivation and was moving at a snails pace. While there was a large line of people she calmly went outside to sort through some tablets, then abandon what she was doing and just sort through the papers inside instead. We waited half an hour for our food, which was already ready and in sight and just needed to be handed to us.

Waited +30 minutes, got skipped a few times, despite being up next. There weren't many people around, but the service and speed was non-existing. Only good thing was that I could get my money back without a big hassle. Don't have it at all, I guess.

No tienen ningún tipo de vergüenza. Hice el pedido a través de Uber Eats en este restaurante. Pedido hecho a las 20:40. Supuestamente llega entre 21:15 y 21:35. Espero en la calle al estar en unos apartamentos con mal acceso (era fácil perderse dentro). A las 21:45 comienzo a llamar al restaurante, ya que no llega, sin que contesten. Contacto con Uber Eats y ellos mismos me confirman intentar llamar y que tampoco les responden la llamada. Finalmente a las 22:10, tras más de una hora de espera en la calle, llega el repartidor. Se sorprende de que no respondan y prueba a llamar desde su teléfono personal, al cual responden. El encargado, tratando de engañarme diciendo que nadie lo llamó cuando en ese mismo momento compruebo que el número al que yo llamo y al que llama el repartidor coinciden. La comida fría a pesar de que metiendo la mano en la bolsa parecía caliente (supongo que el calor se mantenía dentro del envoltorio pero no en la propia comida). En fin, un servicio totalmente lamentable excepto el repartidor, claramente sobrepasado por la situación, sobre el cual espero que no tomen ningún tipo de medida o represalia por su honesta actuación. Si es así, desde aquí ofrezco al repartidor representación jurídica gratuita en caso de que se vulneren sus derechos laborales para hacerlos valer ante este chiringuito que es el Burger King de Porto Cristo.

Positives - Great location situated a short distance from the Port and Beach. Food was good and was served in a reasonable time.Negatives - We ordered at the main counter and avoided the self serve kiosk as this was queued 5 or 6 deep. The ergonomics of the chairs around the kiosk and logistics of people in and out made it very awkward and should be reviewed. One way system or additional exit created? This added with the poorly coordinated queuing inside created a poor waiting and working environment for those inside. There were three girls 'working'. Who were clearly not in sync. The most senior looking girl clearly cared for her role however looked stressed due to incomplete/wrong orders and perhaps also how busy the shop was, seemed to be carrying the other two. This resulted in her attitude being negative with at least three customers during my time in the shop. My suggestion is have a team meeting and get to the root cause of the issues or risk losing valuable staff to other roles or stress/mental health issues. She isn't to blame the environment is. Under staffed, over worked and poor leadership.

The speed of the service was appalling. The two people in the front of the store were extremely slow and didn’t seem to be experienced at all. We waited at the counter to pay for 15 minutes and I got there attention multiple times and each time I was told to wait. They stood still waiting for food to be made and in that time they could’ve done anything else at all, serve us or make fries, just don’t stand still when there’s other jobs to be done! It took a total of around 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive and for the quality of the food, especially fast food, that’s just not worth it.There’s plenty of other food places around which I’m sure would’ve been just as fast and likely better food for the location.Go inside first and see how quick the service is, then decide if it’s worth the wait. Might be okay to get a couple of sides, but if you’re wanting a meal, you’ll enjoy it more at a local restaurant nearby.
