Muy buen lugar, con excelente ubicación. Cómodo, limpio, moderno. Recomendable.

I am not sure about the bedroom colors but everything else is good. Keep in mind that the bedroom sizes are not American style. The dimensions are rather small but everything in Europe is commonly small... Even the cars... It is in the center of Madrid with access to all kinds of public transportation which can take you to all corners of Spain and even neighbors countries.

Habitaciones muy buenas, la televisión era de bastante buena calidad, el baño muy arreglado, las habitaciones están aclimatados y puedes regular la temperatura a tu antojo, sistema muy efectivo. El servicio de recepción muy amable y educado, te dan galletas, magdalenas y zumo de cortesía para desayunar, además su localización es ideal, cerca de la plaza mayor. Me ha encantado.

The staff was so helpful! They went above and beyond to help us with our requests, and as crazy college students, we had a lot. I loved the little coffee bar and got things from it more than I care to admit.I was also really impressed with the size of the rooms and how comfortable I felt in them. I also loved the plethora of outdoor seating where I was able to enjoy the warm weather and beautiful views. Overall this was such a cute place to stay and in an amazing location in the city.

A very pleasant hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and the price was reasonable, so even though it’s not the height of luxury I can’t find any negatives to think of. They offer free snacks, coffee, tea and juice in the morning which is a very welcome bonus.

They had excellent space in the rooms, I did not feel cramped at all. The bathroom was very nice as well. They have multiple room options for group sizes if you need multiple rooms. The kitchen is very nice and comes with a lot of supplies you can use during your stay! They had two lovely courtyards and a balcony for public use as well that was very nice. Amazing stay, very comfortable for long or short term!

Excelente hotel. La habitación impecable, limpia con mucho espacio y cocina equipada. Situado en el centro de la ciudad, el Hotel New Point Madrid Opera goza de una ubicación ideal.Como no incluye desayuno, ofrecen café, té, zumo y magdalenas de cortesía todas las mañanas. Por la tarde noche ofrecen vino tinto y blanco también.El personal es muy amable y atento. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y son muy amigables.

La habitación es limpia y cómoda. Está bien ubicado ( lo mejor) pero el personal no es nada amable ni receptivo del turismo. El slogan debería ser no"

Super noisy location. We were on the first floor, and literally heard everything over our stay - people talking and carousing on the street, constant cars passing through, sirens (police or ambulance, I don’t know) and even street cleaners at one point. By far the noisiest place we have ever stayed - it is the first time my wife and kids have ever complained about the noise in a hotel we have been at.Other than that, the place was great. Clean, compact room, and really friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location as well, located centrally and close to various attractions and shopping.We would not stay there again due to the noise (which was worse over the weekend than during the week). The only reason I am deducting a star, as the hotel could perhaps look at installing some sound-proof windows. Our next hotel in Seville was also facing a major street, but heard nothing due to the windows they installed. But if you want to be close to the action and willing to deal with the noise, then definitely a good place to stay.
