Doña Julia Golf Club

Chose Dona Julia as the first of our 6 courses we were playing as it was Reasonably priced and not too difficult. Had booked a 10am tee time so arrived at 9.30am to be told our tee time was infact 9.40am not 10am (email confirmation said 10am so we had just been moved as we were a 2 ball but no one thought to inform us) So this meant a rush to the first tee and not a relaxed start to holiday. Course itself was in good condition, fairways are nice and wide, greens run true.

My wife and I played this course after attending the Solheim Cup at Finca Cortesin in Sept 23 and it did not disappoint in any way. The reception in the pro shop was very welcoming and as we had booked before we travelled they were expecting us. We did order a buggy and was so glad we did as the course is hilly with some long walks between holes and the buggy was clean.The course is quite linear for 11 holes, out up the hill and back down the hill. The 620 yard par 5 is a superb hole wit an amazing view from the tee box. All in all the course was in great condition, well manicured with very good greens. It was a joy to play.On completion there is an extremely good clubhouse menu with well stocked bar.I would wholeheartedly recommend playing this golf course if you are in the area.

Very nice golfcourse. Fairways super large and greens well maintained. Without buggy impossible because of the levitation.

Good course gives you a chance on all holes ,in reasonably good condition considering the weather and lack of rain ,greens ok ,some tees a little worn but used a lot

This was our first time to play in Spain as most of us are beginners and it did not disappoint. The course is well maintained with some amazing views. We played another course the next day but this was much better for the same price. Also, great food and beers on the 19th hole was a bonus. Very welcoming and friendly staff, highly recommend!

Trato mejorable.Este verano he intentado jugar Doña Julia con mi hija y sobrina de 16años, jóvenes jugadoras iniciándose en este magnífico deporte.A diferencia de la mayoría de campos no distinguen por edad en el precio del green fee.Mi club tiene correspondencia con doña Julia y también me pone pegas a la hora de aplicarla.Por otro lado he visto oferta fantástica por internet de dos green fees con buguie por 64.50€ y tampoco parece ser real.Me voy de Manilva sin conocer este campo y con muy mala impresion del trato recibido. En otros campos son mucho más receptivos.

This course is my local course and has always been a nice course to play on. The last time I played was before the pandemic and guess what it’s just got better.Great day, course is fab nice little club house and very helpful staff. Keep up the good work.

We were a group of 4 friends with a reasonable handicap. We never see each other and we were looking forward to a good and relaxing day of golf and some catching up, while truly competing. We were rushed in several occasions by the green master and we felt constantly pressured to hurry up (we were not that slow). Four holes were also under construction with workers on the fairway and made it worrying to take your shot. Also no driving range… Overall we finished only a little bit over the 4hrs and did not really enjoy the experience. Disappointed for the high price.

Good value for money and lots to choose from. The tapas is fresh and the pizzas are good!The drinks are good measures and the staff are friendly.Plenty of seating inside and out and it’s dog friendly!
