El negocio de la muerte en estado máximo, para quien pueda pagarlo....me explico: trato del personal correcto, instalaciones correctas también, precio?? Desorbitado, triplica la media del sector, tuve que sacar de ahí a mi padre Enrique , me cobraron 200€ por una mala gestión y, gracias a COFUNE, el comparador funerario, pase de pagar 4400€ por una cremación sin más en Dénia, a pagar 1550€ en otra funeraria de Murcia, que vinieron a Dénia a llevarse a mi padre y ,a los pocos días ya tenía sus cenizas y los certificados correspondientes....no me parece bien lucrarse con los muertos, es aberrante..... gracias COFUNE!!!

We found the people at Denia Crematorium were so nice and very caring.We went to arrange a funeral with them.The .an we saw could'nt have been more helpful.He explained everything in detail.We went to see my brother before the funeral,and it was no problem to them for us to see him.The funeral was very well organized.We were all very pleased with everything they did.I

Seria conveniente que indicaran a sus empleados que no transmitan su estres laboral a los familiares de los fallecidos, no son momentos nada agradables de la vida, solo falta ser atendidos con prisas y carreras.

The live video link didnt work during the service for my father causing distress to our relatives in the UK who couldnt attend the funeral.We paid a lot of money for not a great service from the tanatorio at Denia and were left feeling a bit let down at an already difficult time to be honest.Work colleagues ordered and paid for flowers that we didnt receiveDisappointing

After my father-in-law passed away in the house late in the evening. We gave these guys a call and they came to the house within 30 mins. Justin and his guy were very professional, gentle and friendly with the situation. Justin who spoke English well explained to us about the procedure. Even though it was very late, they did not rush at all. They took their time to fill in the forms, gave us service options, casket options, urn options, and they gave us plenty of time to ask any questions. They make sure that we are happy with everything before they proceed to remove the body from the house.There were things that needs to be organised before the funeral, and they were fantastic with the communication throughout.We made a video for the service. On the day of the funeral, they let us go in in the morning to test everything and make sure the video and the sound works. Christina, who was friendly and helpful walked us through the chapel and explained what we expect to happen.The funeral was in the afternoon, even though we were a little early, everything was already setup. There was a beautiful flower arrangement on the casket. We were given a whole hour for the service. Unfortunately, during the service, there was an unexpected technical error with the TV which took 5 mins to fix, which did upset one of the family member, but they did not rush us at all even though our time was up. At the end of the service, they guided us to the cremation room to say our final goodbyes before watching the casket push into the furnace.The ash was ready within a week. When we pick up the urn, Tony was very professional, and explained all the paper work (death certificate, lawyers letter, paper work for the custom at the airport etc.). Since the ash is going back to the UK, the urn was well wrapped with a tag ready for the flight.Overall, we couldn't be any happier with their service. People were friendly and professional, and the chapel was beautiful. It was a perfect ending for my father-in-law.
