I have always wanted a Ferragamo bag. I’m in Madrid on vacation and went with a friend. I cannot express how happy I was to purchase my first bag in this store, all thanks to Georgia. She was attentive, genuine and fabulous and created a very personal shopping experience in what could be a very pretentious setting. I purchased a bag, wallet and earrings. Highly recommend shopping this location!!

My first time in Madrid and we wanted to check out some of our favorite stores on Serrano street, Ferragamo was the first store we went in, a young Asian girl greet us very well, we couldnt find a product that we were trying to find, a side bag for man, we saw a few ones and we open them then putting them back on shelf, all these time we were speaking english.... reason why she made a comment to the other young sales man behing the desk , she said to him in spanish thinking we will not understand (which is my native language) they open everything and look inside but dont buy anything lol"Ferragamo stores

Me encantan los zapatos pero faltan muchos modelos y no llegan todas las colecciones . La piel es algo que destaco mucho, suave y resistente. Los dependientes siempre son amables y muy atentos. La tienda tiene un estilo muy moderno y limpio. Su ubicación es perfecta ya que el parquing nuevo que han hecho en Serrano.

I had a great experience shopping at this location, all staff was helpful and welcoming. I cannot say the same about another luxury store up the street…Gucci. Our sales representative Wendy treated us very well and was knowledgeable about all products that we asked about. The other sales representative was helpful as well. We were escorted to use the restroom and felt welcomed. I’m a very happy customer with new belts and a pair of loafers that Wendy helped me pick out. Gracias!
