I had a wonderful reflexology massage with Michelle, and I help my whole body feel so much better. Michelle is an incredible woman in all that she does. The Chi Kung classes, I was that impressed with her professional approach, and with such a purpose in helping her clients to improving in their health and wellbeing. Second massage and it was as good as the first. Thoroughly de-stresses and relaxed. Plus I had the opportunity to have Michelle teach me Qi Gong, I’ve now been practicing this every morning since finishing my retreat. If you can take advantage of either massage or Qi Gong I can highly recommend it. Michelle is one in a million ❤️

I joined one of Michelle’s QiGong classes whilst on Recent Retreat in the Ibizan Hills. A fantastic experience for a first-timer, awaking the senses through gentle stretching exercises, releasing energy flows and a great start to the day.Highly recommended.
