My wife and I recently purchased a Duplex Apartment through Next Stop. We dealt solely with Chantelle who has from start to finish provided a fabulous service which greatly helped us in our move from the Valencian region. From always being flexible with viewings to assisting us with admin matters, Chantelle has helped so much. Recommended.

My parents passed away since that start of Covid lockdowns.Being scattered across different parts of Spain and England, makes dealing with my family at times like this is akin to hearding cats.We came to Next Stop Almeria via a recommendation made to my niece who lives in the area.At first I wasn't to convinced due to some of the negative reviews left on GMaps.Our family checked out other local agents and in the end decided to do business with Paul at Next Stop Almeria.It didn't take long for Paul to get his head around the needs of out clan and set to work pretty promptly and efficiently.Communications between Paul, our family and notaries was generally quite quick and clear, any subsequent questions answered swiftly.It didn't take long for Next Stop Almeria to line up some prospective buyers and Paul and his team managed to secure an acceptable offer. Buying a property in Spain is an exciting but also a daunting prospect! But not when you have Paul ,Di and the team at Next Stop Almeria with you every step of the way ! No hard sell , but a very professional approach . Once our offer was accepted Paul helped us navigate finding a solicitor and guiding us through the purchase process. Di sorted out a pre arrival clean of the property and has openly shared her knowledge of where to shop for things for the house , local trades etc. Communication has been first class throughout the process and after completion. We arrived at our home in the sun after a 4 day road trip on a Sunday evening - Paul and Di were waiting for us with the keys !I highly recommend Next stop almeria !!

I found the rep (Paul) from Next Stop Almeria very helpful with our viewing of a property in Los Torres region of Arboleas. I have nothing but praise for Paul and his team. From the first moment of correspondence to receiving the keys for our new apartment in the sun we have been over the moon with the level of service we have received.We came out to Almeria for the first time in June 2022 to view properties and met Paul who was so knowledgeable of the area and the property market. We viewed a few properties and fell in love with one straight away. Paul was fabulous and helped us get our dream property at the right price and took all the usual stress of buying away from us.The process for us was so straightforward and Paul kept us informed at every stage.
