I have made an deal to fix my watch for 40€ after a view days they sent me an app telling me your watch is done and fixed you need to pay us 106€. This is not professional and the shop has to call or app me before making my watch for a price way more than we had made a deal for. I normally won’t get mad if i need to pay more for a good job but at least he could call me before asking me if its ok to make it for this new price. They made me a deal for 40€ and I ended up with a price of 106€ without a call asking me yes or no. Now we will see what happens when i go to get my watch back. Will put this on Facebook for tourists to get warned to be careful with what can happen.

Попросила поремонтувати годинник( відпала секундна стрілка) прийшла забирати, а майстер загубив стрілку яка була на додатковому маленькому циферблаті), прийшла за тиждень знайшов, зробив, вибачався…. Ну хоч так. 5 евро ремонту , бензину на 10 витратила….туди сюди їздити

Bisher war es bei mir so, das der angekündigte Preis eher unter dem ausgemachten Preis gelegen hat.Desweiteren ist das Geschäft für mich sehr kompetent und arbeitet erstklassig. Uhren sind hier in den besten Händen. Meine Cartier Santos, welche Spezialisten schon aufgegeben hatten weil anscheinend die Dichtung deffekt war und Schweiss in das Werk gelangte, wurde hier wirklich gerettet und der Preis war mehr als fair. Ich würde auch in Deuschland keinen besseren Uhrmacher finden. Für mich ist La Perladie Nummer eins für Uhren und auch Schmuck. Auch bei Schmuckreparaturen ist man hier bestens beraten und die Ausführung erstklassig. Ehre wem Ehre gebührt.Soy cliente de La Perla desde hace años.
