I used this company around 2 years ago, they were unbelievably helpful, sorted a tracking issue and took the bottom plate off my car to retrive the lost fuel cap.Upon revisiting just a few days ago, I had another issue so brought my car back thinking it was the same ownership, sadly it was not and Ben is no longer apart of the company.I had a parking brake issue and when I asked how long the review would take, the obnoxious man stuffing his face with a sandwich told me I don't know" leaving my family and I with no idea of what to do. He told me that he is on lunch and I will have to wait for a call. We asked what had happened to Ben and he said "I know but I am not telling you"

Very good welcome in For the job and they took time between the office and there job to tell you anything, the man filled my tyres up to what he said was 3bar and his own words' would last a long time , From qusada I went to my first job tyre was flat the man was great he took time and help my vehicle he tried however the puncher was worse than needed, which is not there fault but I needed it done as quick as possible. when I left the garage I was told this will last you along time yet my tyre was flat before I got to my job , that's not there problem I understand that and ,at the start was very helpful and I asked for the tyre to be changed, you told me it's not the same make but it's required in Spain. then you phone me and change the day to Friday ,and my mistake is I gave you 120 euro's straight away before you even done the job,I tried calling to cancel but no response, I came in and told you because I needed the tyre done urgently I found a mobile trye man who put a brand new tyre on same day and he doesn't have stock like you he's mobile, then when I explained that you refused to give me my money back and offered me 20euros From 120euros I'll be honest yes i wasn't happy at all, your taking money off me for nothing I appreciate you looking at my problem and was happy to emberse you for your time then you took the Mick and told me the tyre cost 100euros .I understand you have a business and people to pay but you don't take money of something for nothing I was happy to pay you half for your time but I will not be insulted by 20 Euros From a cash payment to you for your service ,hence why I'm not happy I've spoken to loads of people about this and asked if I'm wrong, and you are wrong. first I was wrong with your response. you had notice to cancel the tyre it was same day and couple of hours later. You didn't offer me the tyre my wife called and asked for the tyre but this would be of no use to me. I definitely will not recommend this company from my experience. ,wordof mouth speaks louder than words I hope to anyone that goes please check your entitlement with this company and do not give them money first you won't see it
