Recently used Vima for a week in Mallorca. The service was impeccable. Quick handover at the airport car park by a very helpful member of the team. Car was immaculate and very competitive on price. Drop off back at the airport was seemless. Whole experience was stress free, wouldn't hesitate to book again the next time we visit.

Fantastic service. I chose Vima over the other known car hire companies because of the reviews and they certainly lived up to their standard.The vehicle was practicality brand new (VW Transporter 9 seater with only 8000kms on the clock) and having in-airport pick up and drop off made for one less hassle.What impressed me the most was the service I received. Due to airline strikes, several members of our group had flight changes, delays and cancellations so nothing was straight forward. They treated my situation very professionally and thankfully with a lot of patience.I have no doubts to use Vima again.

Alquilamos un Peugeot 208 y estaba prácticamente nuevo y limpio. La entrega del vehículo ha sido rápida y buena.Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que el coche estaba con el depósito en reserva y haya que devolverlo de la misma manera, en nuestro caso, preferimos que sea lleno.En general, volveríamos a alquilar con esta empresa, no tuvimos ningún problema.

Can a local firm outcompete global heavyweights? Vima proves it can. We’ve experienced attentive staff, no queues on arrival and departure, a clean car in great condition, simple and fair pricing, and hassle-zero checking in and out. I’d only recommend better signage to the meeting point in a huge covered parking lot, but once you’re there, everything is frictionless. Keep up the good work, Team Vima!

I recommend this agency with my eyes closed. They are very professional, they answer very quickly by email. We had the last 208 all options. Very easy pickup, only took 5 minutes. No hardsell for unwanted extra insurance. Car was nice, clean, new and only 16,000KM. Return process was simply leave the car on floor3 with the keys. Would use Vima again. Fuel policy is return at the same level, which I prefer.

Gran empresa de alquiler, alquilamos para 6 personas una vw caravelle, la furgo estaba nueva, limpia y cero problemas. El trato con la persona que nos atendió en el aeropuerto fue bueno, amable y con un toque de chispa! Todo muy bien explicado y las dudas que tuvimos llamamos y nos la solucionaron al momento. Calidad-precio y sin letra pequeña. Muy recomendable.
