Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni ,że skorzystaliśmy z obsługi prawnej przy zakupie mieszkania. Pani Carolina Martin wykazała się rzetelnością już podczas naszego pierwszego kontaktu mailowego. Bardzo szybko odpowiedziała na naszą prośbę o możliwości wsparcia prawnego przy zakupie mieszkania. Wyjaśniła nam w sposób klarowny w jaki sposób będzie przebiegała procedura kupna nieruchomości i jaka może być jej rola jako adwokata oraz podkreśliła, że jej firma jest niezależna i niewspółpracująca z żadną agencją nieruchomości co może pomóc uniknąć stronniczości przy ocenie nieruchomości. Jako obcokrajowcy nie posiadaliśmy numeru NIE oraz konta bankowego. Pani Adwokat w ciągu kilku dni uzyskała dla nas numer NIE oraz założyła konto bankowe w hiszpańskim banku. Znaleźliśmy mieszkanie przez Agencję Nieruchomości Comprarcasa (którą , również gorąco polecamy)i od momentu podjęcia decyzji Pani Carolina Martin osobiście w naszym imieniu zajmowała się negocjacją warunków kupna ze stroną sprzedającą. Podczas pierwszego spotkania udzieliliśmy pełnomocnictwa Pani Carolinie Martin. Jednocześnie Pani Carolina Martin sprawdziła stan prawny mieszkania , wszystkie rejestry oraz stan prawny budynku. Muszę nadmienić, że pierwszy e-mail napisaliśmy 26.06.23, pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z panią Adwokat 03.07.23, 05.07.23 znaleźliśmy mieszkanie a 03.08.23 podpisaliśmy akt notarialny.. Wszystkie niezbędne przelewy bankowe, różnego rodzaju opłaty były przeprowadzane Panią Carolina Martin.Nie było potrzeby powtórnie przyjeżdżać do Hiszpanii na podpisanie umowy.Biuro Pani Caroliny Martin podpisało w naszym imieniu umowę z firmą Endesa (elekrtyczność), AASS (dostarczenie wody)oraz wykupiło polisę ubezpieczeniową na nieruchomość.Reasumując, chcemy gorąco rekomendować Actio Solicitors Lawyers Carolina Martin zwłaszcza jeśli nie mieszkacie w Hiszpanii i nie jesteście zaznajomieni z hiszpańskim prawem.We are very pleased that we used legal services when purchasing an apartment.
