If you are looking for a place to fill up your energy levels, this is it!! Very easy to fall in love with this place. The staff, the treatments, the yoga studio and just everything is sooo nice! Been there twice and left with a big smile - coming back soon!

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a bit of a spa day, as they do enough different treatments in a beautiful setting. Also, it’s only 3 months old, so everything is brand new and state of the art.I had my Swedish massage with Tilda, and it was one of the best! I normally prefer deep tissue, so she accommodated me with a deeper massage which was sublime (plus she got into neck muscles no one ever has before!). My partner had his massage with Natasha and he said it was excellent as well. We would both specifically request our individual masseurs next time we go back.We did the infrared sauna (which also has a heater) and also LPG face. I recommend all of it, plus the staff, and the location!We will be back soon!

Amazing place with great treatments in the heart of Palma. We tried the infrared sauna and the face cryo treatment. Both were great and left an energising feeling and a beautiful glow for a long time after the treatments were finished. The treatment rooms as well as the waiting/reception area was very tastefully decorated. Staff were very helpful and super friendly! Last but not least… the products in the changing/bathroom were lovely and well thought through. 12/10! <3

I was blown away by the beautiful setting in which heat Palma is situated.Away from the busy mallorcan street is this oasis that gives you calm the minute you walk through the doors.I went there for an lpg, but ended up trying different treatments during my stay in Mallorca.The staff is incredibly talented and welcoming!Will definitely come back to this amazing place!

This is the No 1 place to visit if you’re looking for glow, a fresh restart and also flow in your body. Regardless if you’re on your own having quiet alone time or if you’re in a group you will have the best service and experience here. I really recommend the face gym-treatment that gave my complexion a healthy radiance and the IR sauna that boosted both energy levels and the glow in the skin. Do NOT miss this beauty/health paradise in the cosy streets of Palma Old town, you will thank yourself later : )

I fell in love with the infrared sauna, it gives me peace of mind, clarity and a sense perspective. It simply feels really. Heat is such a nice place, the team so very welcoming, it is comfortable relaxing. The LPG treatment helped me tremendously during the hot month with my circulation but also to keep a nice and healthy shape. I highly recommand as well as all the treatments, the yoga and breath classes.

Incredible place - super clean, posh, high vibration. I had the BEST time when I was there. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, the infra red sauna is world-class, and the massage was amazing!! Will definitely come back!!
