Me ha ocurrido muchas veces por la noche, No tenemos internet en TORRETA TORREVIEJA, que pasa? Puedes solicitarlo?

Es una vergüenza la atención telefónica, para ser más exactos de Ana. Llamo un sábado por una incidencia, y su respuesta es el técnico no es Dios"

After 3 years of good work I have complete disaster. According to the technician internet cable was damaged by the sun (why use such a bad quality of cable then??) and needed to be replaced. It' is more then 7 days already without internet and job is note done. I keep receiving excuses that some of the neighbors is not home and that's why my cable can not be replaced. I don't get any compensation nor information when work will be done no plans how to fix this problem. This provider charge next moth for the eservice they don't want to provide. Otherwise they will came up with some idea. But I don't see any interest from the help center or office representative. Non of the persons I talked/communicated with were helpful, NONE!!! Horrible service and horrible unfriendly support service.

He tenido que cambiar el ruter del punto donde lo pusieron por filtración de agua en la pared cuando llueve, para que corten el cable sobrante y que cruza una puerta corredera; y me quieren cobrar 40 euros. Es la primera vez que una operadora de internet me pide el cobro por un servicio técnico postventa. No lo entiendo.
