Estuvimos un fin de semana mi pareja y yo, es un lugar excepcional para relajarse y desconectar en pareja, el hotel está totalmente equipado para no tener necesidad de salir de sus instalaciones, habitaciones cómodas, spa un restaurante que la comida se sale de buena que estaba y bar para tomar algo y luego un servicio excepcional, hacer especial mención al camarero Draco del restaurante que nos trato fenómeno y que se nota que le gusta su trabajo. Estuvimos genial, repetiremos

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool area and fabulous spa, especially the massage which were probably the best we ve ever had.Room abit dated but so nice to have a balcony. Would definitely return.

Our room had water cascading through ceiling in early hours on morning. Hotel felt just giving us a key for another room was full extent of what they needed to do. Management next morning cld aee they had done everything needed. Night staff would not enter our room as it was too dangerous just leave everything to the guests - thanks a bunch. No compensation for disruption of our holiday. Previous watermarks suggested that this was not the first time this had happened. Day manager was less than helpful and at times downright rude

Used Spa only. There were no stones in sauna and it was dirty everywhere. I caught a bug and came sick. Next time will go somewhere else. The time limit is 90min and despite us informing the reception that I'll take one more heat to warm up, they came to ask me out despite that there was no one. Clearly no understanding that sauna is holy place to some cultures&people. Other than that service was good but man was lacking in English which should be mandatory in service/tourism industry.

Felicitar a la trabajadora de la recepción del Spa Laura por su amabilidad y empeño en la atención al cliente. Compré dos regalos de spa y no le funcionaba la impresora. Realizó un trabajo excelente ya que lo hizo a mano y quedo perfecto, aún mejor que con la impresora. Además realizó un adorno tanto en la bolsa como en la carta.

Fantástico el spa, limpio muy bien atendido por los trabajadores y siempre a la altura. Te lo muestran todo, te aconsejan por si no has ido ninguna vez. Las instalaciones están muy bien conservadas y limpias duchas aseos y piscina.Es la 2 vez que vamos y sin duda volveremos a repetir. Además los precios son económicos, y asequibles para todo tipo de bolsillo.

Tuvimos esta semana a última hora, era un regalo de cumpleaños para mi hermana, el agua del la piscina / jacuzzi estaba fría. Se lo dije en varias ocasiones a la persona del mostrador. El solo me dijo que lo estaban mirando. Así que solo pudimos usar las saunas. A la hora de irnos de le dije que podrían tener al menos un detalle con mi hermana ya que no pudimos usar la piscina un vale o algo parecido. Pero nada por su parte. Una pena

Hemos disfrutado de unos días estupendos. El hotel y su personal han cubierto con creces nuestras expectativas. Una cocina deliciosa y un servicio de tratamientos en la zona del Spa, inmejorables. En concreto el masaje relajante y antiestrés de Juan Ramón, fue genial gracias a su profesionalidad, amabilidad y buen hacer. Ha sido una escapada estupenda, ¡para repetir!

Great place to stay and dine.The room is very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was delicious. We enjoyed having breakfast there every morning and the spread was amazing. Love the fancy coffee machine they have in the restaurant/breakfast area and the pool is absolutely gorgeous. I love the fact that the sun is up until almost close to 10 PMThis location is extremely walkable to multiple bars and restaurants . Great stay! Oh and there is a small gym on location too which we found useful :)

Nice clean and quiet hotel, receptionist was an absolute gem. We got to the hotel earlier than planned, and the lady enquired with the cleaning manager to double-check that a room was ready. Luckily, it was and saved us a few hours of waiting. Then, on check out, we had an early flight, so she opened the restaurant early so we could have a coffee and light breakfast.
