What great staff this shop has :-) In October I was cycling my Mtb off road from Santander to Alicante via the Camino del Cid having set off from England. My suspension seat post broke when I was about 4k away from this shop. I got to the shop thinking that there was no way they would be able to fix it and that I would have to buy a new non suspension seat post.I had such a nice welcome as soon as I got into the shop and my very well laden bike drew a lot of attention from everyone, including one of their first ever customers whose name I can't remember but he was about 70yrs old and still in good shape :-) and was with his son.I was amazed when the mechanic brought the bike out a short while later with the seatpost completely fixed. The reason for this was that I knew that most bike shops would never carry the spare parts for the Cane Creek Thudbuster seat post.The outstanding service from the staff as well as the interesting chats with some of their customers proved to be one of my high points of the trip.The shop is well equipped but what really stood out is their excellent service and friendliness....this seemed very special to me, especially as I was cycling solo for the whole trip. I think they realised that this was a massive adventure for me and when I went to pay, they said there was no charge!A very big thankyou and if I'm cycling nearby again, I will be sure to pop in hopefully just to say hello and without needing anything fixed!Andy Fisher
