Tonkatsu Ramen is good, except the broth is not hot enough, i like the noodles and broth is not salty, flavor is perfect for my taste. Service was good. The ambience is nice. I still recommend this place.

De los mejores menús del día del centro de Madrid (12.95€ un entrante, un plato principal y la bebida) el miso ramen estaba muy rico, las gyozas se nota que son caseras y estaban buenísimas. La atención un 10.

Muy encantadores y el servicio espectacular. La comida muy rica y adecuada al precio. Me llevo sobre todo lo agradables que han sido los camareros y el buen servicio que han dado. El local está bien ambientado y es muy bonito. Adjunto fotografías de algunos de los platos pedidos.

My fiancé and I stayed in Madrid for 3 days 2 nights and had dinner here both nights. They gave us a little bowl of chips while we waited. The first night was plain chips that were also a tad stale. The second night was spicy chips, which were tasty. For ramens, we tried the spicy chicken and the spicy beef. We usually like a bit of spice in our food, but Ramen Shifu’s is next level spicy. My advice would be to order it on the side so you can be the master of your spicy journey, but one of the waiters said people typically order level 1 or 2. For appetizers, we tried the meat gyoza, vegetable gyoza, and fried chicken bao (loved this the most). We also liked the raspberry iced tea. An unfortunate thing is I wanted the hot ginger lemon honey tea, but they didn’t have ginger both nights. Lemon honey by itself was good. It was cold so I wanted an extra layer of protection for my immune system with the ginger, but it wasn’t meant to be.Ramen Shifu gets busy within an hour of opening so make a reservation or come by closer to opening time for a table. Serving staff is friendly and we didn’t really have any issues with either of our dining experiences, but there was a couple next to us the second night who seemed frustrated and one of them ended up walking across the restaurant to speak to a waiter, presumably to let him know they were ready to order.

Las mesas están muy juntas para mi gusto. Pedí irme a otra porque tenía a dos personas en la mesa de al lado y al final tienes que hablar elevando la voz si tienes al lado mesas con gente.El baño es adaptado a discapacitados.En cuanto a la comida, el arroz que pedí estaba bueno pero para su precio me parece que o ponen más cantidad o ponen menos precio. La decoración es bonita y los camareros geniales.

Restaurante 100% recomendable si lo que buscas es un lugar tranquilo con comida típica Japonesa. A pesar de no tener reserva el personal es consiguió hacernos un hueco, fueron muy amables y aunque la comida tardó un poco en salir una vez empezaron a salir los platos fue todo genial!. Volvería sin ninguna duda!

Era la primera vez que íbamos a un restaurante de este tipo y nos ha encantado, nos orientaron muy bien y pedimos unas croquetas de pulpo, ramenshifu y un machi de mango, todo buenísimo, el ramen lo sirven con una salsa picante aparte y te advierten que picar, pica, el servicio muy amable y eficaz, volveremos.

Great tasting affordable ramen. Very cool ambience. We tried the Miso Pinattsu Ramen, which had a broth with peanut butter. And the Dragon Ramen. At first we preferred the peanut one, but when you thoroughly mix the spicy sauce with the whole broth, the dragon one is better in our view. We tried spicy level 1 and it was tasty. I think we could have tolerated more, but those that choose level 5 are brave people. We chose the homemade ice tea. Personally I did not like the raspberry one. It tasted like raspberry jam mixed with water. So it was very sweet and not fresh raspberry. The lemon one was not too bad, but I think l that too is made using a lemon syrup instead of lemon juice. Despite this, I will give it 5 stars because of the friendly service and amazing ramen. Great value for money.

We went to this restaurant with our friends who had never had ramen before, we get there, get seated and they bring us the menus right away. When looking at the menus we considere the option of making a preselected menu already confectioned by them, here I kindly ask the waiter if it would be possible to change one of the ramen options as none called my attention by one of the spicy ramen, as we expected he said no, okey no problem, I ask if even paying the price difference if it would be posible, again he says no, okay no problem I understand it was a long shot. But here the waiter mock us with a condescending tone by saying that we could swap ingredients but the ramen could no be swapped, again we understood the first time. Then I proceeded to order a spicy ramen and ask the waiter their level of spiciness so that I can adjust accordingly. I ask if level 4 is spicy to them. The waiter with a smirk and a patronizing tone says that level 2 is already super spicy an non bearing. Alright, since I eat spicy food on a daily and often I called his bluf and order level 3 because often they tend to exaggerate. The waiter then proceeds to say no and that it will be too spicy, that I better order a level 2 and then bring spicy oil on the side in case I want more. I say okay, no problem. The ramen comes, I taste it, and it was not spicy at all, our friends who don’t tolerate spicy food tried it and even agreed that it was not spicy. I ask for the chilly oil twice because the waiter “forgot” to bring it as it was some sort of attempt to prove his point. Anyways, I add the full container of chilly oil onto my ramen and still wasn’t half of what the waiter portrayed it to be. The problem was 100% the waiters attitude which we all peeped.As per the rest, the ramen wasn’t all that, average, it lacked taste and punch. For desert we had mochi, I have eaten different types of mochi and in various different places, the mochi here had an outside consistency of rubber and was hard to eat it, the inside was ice cream.
