Robata nunca falla. Una explosión de sabores en el paladar y una experiencia increíble. Todo gracias al servicio impecable de Laura y, en especial, de Kim, que sus recomendaciones completaron la experiencia. El decorado y el ambiente tema a destacar. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir.

As you can expect in the capital, there are looooads of Japanese restaurants. It’s sometimes quite difficult to choose where to go becuase of the big range of possibilities.I’ve been in quite a lot because I LOVED to try sushi specialties, fusion sushi, etc.Robata Madrid was in my list since The Umai Group decided to open this restaurant in Madrid early this year.Well, well… you will taste high quality fresh food, for sure! And you will also find a good choice of “special” sushi trying to move the audience.Dishes are good, yes, but they do not say something astonishing (taking into account their prices), in my humble opinion.We tried some ‘top rolls’ from their section of the menu and I highly recommend the “Nikkei”: prawn (crawfrish) tempura and avocado, cover with tuna and tiger milk sauce. We also ordered one nigiri (they are served by units) of scallop and toro (ventresca tuna). It was good, but I’ve tried some others with the scallop better cooked.Staff was pretty nice and service was good.The premises create a modern and stylish atmosphere which matches perfectly with the neighbourhood (one of the richest in the city centre of Madrid).

Great selections. Good taste. Service is also impeccable. Especially mentioned about the fresh tuna selection. The price is reasonable for the quality of the sashimi.One small comment. Please Don't charge 0.50 for the extra wasabi, it does not look good for your class of restaurant.

La verdad es que comimos muy bien.Todo lo que pedimos fue para compartir, unos 50 euros por cabeza, sin vino.Calidad en las materias primas y buena combinación de sabores.Personal muy amable y atento, aunque el servicio fue ligeramente lento en algunos momentos.Nos encantó sobre todo: bad boy, nikkei y crispy duck.Volveremos.

Amazing sushi, amazing ambiance (low light) that's good for a date and nice music! I was there alone, the waiters were really friendly and took care of me and what I needed. I went with their recommendations, and it did not disappoint! Will be back!!

Lugar bonito y servicio atento y amable. Carta de vinos extensa aunque con precios algo elevados. La comida nada del otro mundo, el 80% de los rols llevan queso crema. Los que elegimos, unicornio, lucky girl y toro maki, no tenían un sabor bien definido, tal vez haya mejores opciones en la carta. Nada que no se encuentre en cualquier cadena de comida asiática. La tarta de queso un mazacote.

Restaurante japonés de moda donde además de la atención y el servicio destacaría la calidad de sus platos, especialmente buenos los rolls y nigiris que probamos. De postre las fresas flambeadas a la pimienta muy originales y sabrosas.
