Great experience!! Amazing charming design hotel, new and clean, with large and comfortable rooms. The theme of the hotel is music, rock / flamenco / pop… and is expressed through music instruments as piano or guitars here and there, songs quotes written by neon lights on the walls, popular singers’ portraits everywhere, also in the rooms. My bed was big and very comfortable, as it was the shower. At the lower ground, breakfast was nice and generous, the buffet is in a separate room next to the tables.The hotel is next to the train station, so it would be a convenient location in case of an early train. Highly recommended!

It was an event, and the environment was extremely nice, with all the environment designed in a music-related and pop-art style, with neon lights, wonderful piano at the lobby, and piano feet neon-light keyboard on the floor.The catering was delicious.The event room - so flexible reducing the size in two just few minutes before the start, depending on the attendees.Very enjoyable place, and advisable for organisation of cool, modern events!!!

Overall good experience. Impeccably clean , nice smelling rooms and lobby. Excellent quality bed, pillows and room kits. Quite and well located, with a character and wonderful ambiance. Professional and nice service. Nice level of the breakfast and the restaurant food. The only thing that has some room to improve is the service at the restaurant, it was slow and inefficient ( we were basically forgotten at some point by the waiter). Other than that, highly recommended

From the outside the hotel doesn’t look like much, but inside is a different story. Very sleek and modern hotel with cool music vibes. Great modern rooms as well. Nice staff. A bit outside of the main tourist areas but a short subway or taxi ride into town. About 15 minutes from the airport. Highly recommend.

This is a lovely modern hotel, on the airport side of the city.Antonio, the guest experience manager, was very helpful to improve our overall experience.All staff were friendly and helpful, in particular the bar staff where we enjoyed an Iberian meat & cheese platter over some glasses of wine.The room was a very luxurious experience. It was quiet and with the most comfortable huge bed & pillows.The rainfall shower has great pressure, the bathroom is finished to a high standard.Your own bluetooth music can be played everywhere in the room including the bathroom area.The hotel is located a short walk from the metro which was a great way to get into and around the city.

Siempre que vengo a Madrid me alojo en este hotel. De lo mejor que tiene es el desayuno del hotel, hay diferentes opciones, buffet, otro por 12,5€ o incluso te lo pueden subir a la habitación. Esta muy muy completo, tiene de todo, fresco y con opciones para vegetarianos, veganos y con intolerancias. El bar del hotel es muy bonito, la terraza es impresionante con la piscina y el restaurante tiene muy buenas criticas. Volveré otra vez a este hotel sin duda, además, está muy cerca de las estaciones de metro, tren y del aeropuerto.

Siempre me quedo en este hotel porque las instalaciones me parecen muy cómodas. Pero me vengo a quejar del desayuno. Pagando medio desayuno te haga pagar 12,50€ y pida unas tostadas y no te incluye jamón york o pechuga de pollo, solo tostadas con mantequilla o tomate. Enfrente hay un bar con muy buena pinta para irte a desayunar y seguro que te va a costar mucho más barato que esto.

Es un hotel espectacular ambientado con temática musical. Todo el personal, tanto recepcionistas como camareros respetuosos, amables, simpáticos... ¡¡Encantadores!!Dispone de una piscina pequeña que se agradece para refrescarse.La comida del restaurante estaba exquisita.Las habitaciones son una pasada, la cama increíblemente cómoda, la decoración espectacular... No le falta un detalle.
