This company has provided that once from the customer a credit card only like that this company provide a car, another issue is that if you do not have the credit card from your original birth place, this credit card is not credible for them With this beautiful way. They cannot rent you a car and they cannot refund you the money of the booking back. Thank you you lose your money and you lose your car and you lose your time this happened to me one week ago thank you

Pésima atención telefónica!!!!! Desastre que tras 1 hora de intentar localizarlos no contestan

NU. NU rezervati aici. Am facut rezervare in februarie, prin VIP Cars, iar cand am ajuns, in 16 iunie, ne-au spus ca nu au masina sa ne dea si sa plecam ca nu e problema lor. Nu au anuntat mai devreme, nu au anulat rezervarea...asa ceva este de neimaginat. Nu riscati sa rezervati aici! Si nu am fost singura in aceasta situatie, am fost 3 familii cu rezervari din februarie. Dar probabil pentru ca intre timp au marit mult pretul/l-au dublat chiar, nu a mai fost avantajos pt ei sa ni le inchirieze. Ne-au spus pur si simplu cand am ajuns ca nu au masini si sa plecam ca ei mai au si alti clienti(pentru care erau masini). Nu merita nici o stea, dar nu ne lasa google cu mai putine. Paula e extrem de nepoliticoasa.

Impresentables y en absoluto recomendables.Con una reserva realizada con antelación, dos horas antes de la recogida del coche envian un mensaje cancelando la reserva. Sin dar ninguna opción ni alternativa.Pésimo servicio y atencion pública

Son unos informales, anulan las reservas media hora antes de recoger el coche. No volveré a alquilar nunca más con esta agencia

We had the best car rental experience EVER! Sonya was very kind and very helpful with our car rental. At one point, we had to return the large car at the end of the rental period and pick up a smaller, less expensive car at the same place. They had no smaller car available, so Sonya spoke with her manager and arranged for us to keep the larger one we had at the lower rate!!!! Wow!!! THE MOST IMPORTANT THING with these people is to treat them very nice, and they will do everything they possibly can to help you!!! I actually had a minor accident and being honest and sincere really paid off. They were very fair. They charged me a very reasonable repair fee. SONYA (and her manager) are the BEST AGENTS EVER. For a previous rental, we actually used their competitor across the street from the train station and it was a very un-friendly experience. Don't go to any other company!

This company is a place where are you gonna get a really difficult if you are not good prepared for any special unusual situation with this company, I will really not recommend no one to go with this company where in the world have many others company where they provide a service very fast and helpful. This company have unusual conditions one of them. I will explain now if you not have a credit card from the are you are birth you will lose your money and you will not have a car even if you have this and you provide another card provide you a car and they will not give you already found as well. The emails that this company use are not the same email with this company sharing with the broker this technique has been use that when you contact the broker the broker sends the email on the wrong email in the company like that the company explain you when you arrive. Buena empresa de alquiler de vehículos en la estación renfe en castellon de la plana.

Me han cancelado la reserva por teléfono 2h antes de la recogida y no tenían ninguna alternativa. Una empresa de alquiler de coches sin coches.Y por si fuera poco me ha tocado poner una reclamación en la central para ver si me devuelven el dinero porque en la oficina no había nadie. Estaba cerrada.No pienso reservar nunca más.

No recomendable...Realmente cuando uno acude a un prestador de servicios donde se supone es orientado al cliente, y este te pone todas las trabas para crearte problemas ante cada solución que les planteabamos, la verdad con esta empresa fue una desgracia, la falta de humanidad...El personal de la tienda, incluyendo al gerente de la misma quienes se negaron a identificarse, y sin buscar un apoyo o una solución con alguien que pudiera tomar decisiones para poder hacer el viaje que se tenia ya coordinado desde hace tres días.Aca se descubrio que ante algo tan importante y sensible, como es el confiar y contar por lo lenos con empatia por el caso, solo fuimos tratados como un número de reserva, y no como un ser humano que había confiado en los valores y misión de la empresa.Todo eso es falso, lo inmoral de ser tratados como un tiempo para q se acabe la reserva y una indolencia, es muy triste...Solo somos números para ellos...Obvio q se realizo el reclamo en el libro de reclamaciones, ojala la gerencia de esta empresa y los entes q resguardan los derechos de las personas, vayan más allá de las letras pequeñas q esgrimieron para sustentar la no importancia de mi necesidad de viajar urgentemente por temas muy sensibles personales...
