They helped us when we really needed them. They were nice, fast, qualified : everything you hope for in a bike shop. The prices were more than fair. We would rent our bike at this place next time, we’d feel really confident with what we would get. Highly recommend !

These guys really know their stuff. Superbly well maintained bikes. Friendly and approachable staff. Hired from them in August then needed a favor when I had a seat post problem with my own bike in October. The guys sorted me out with carbon paste,no charge and no trouble.

Pro Cycle Hire
Second time we’ve used Pro Cycle, the bikes are good, but the tyres are old and full of holes which meant we kept getting punctures. Someone else has written in their review that Bruce is condescending, and I’d agree with that entirely, he should learn to speak to women with respect.

If I was going back to Mallorca, I would avoid:- I rented a bike to me with electronic gears - they failed after 60km leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere - thankfully my guide had an extra otherwise I would have been toast. When I took the bike back they said it was probably my fault - not great customer service in my opinion.- Also, I returned the bike early but they still charged me for the day I did not ride.There are lots of options on Mallorca - perhaps choose another one.
