The rating is the combination of the 2 moves. The latest was a 5+ rating.I scheduled appointment about 1 month in advance. They had a truck not working yesterday so they didn't arrive when scheduled at 10 am. No notification until I contacted them after 45 minutes. They finally arrived about 4 hours late in rented van (that I told them to do when messaged earlier in day). The 2 men were very good at moving as only problem is an office chair with a rip in it. I would say if on time would be a better rating or communication by them.I had to move again earlier this month as the other apartment was horrible. I had a mover not show up and contacted Boxit on day of move and they showed up that afternoon and completed the move in less than 2 hours. Great service and the guys doing the move are fast and careful too. Thanks
