I Love Bike

We enjoyed renting bikes at this location. The owner is a very nice and smily guy. Prices are decent and the quality of bikes too. Highly recommend this place

Deja mucho que desear como tienda de bicicletas, he llegado esta mañana sobre las 8:40 y a 30 kilómetros de donde estoy de vacaciones con una avería en la bicicleta que no podía continuar y solamente me hacía una llave Allen de 5. Le he pedido por favor a la persona que estaba abriendo la tienda ( que por cierto no tenía ni pajolera idea de castellano) y me ha dicho que no me podía atender hasta que no viniera su compañero hasta que abriera la tienda a las 10. Le he dicho como he podido que era una urgencia y que solamente necesitaba una llave de Allen 5 y me ha vuelto a decir con un paupérrimo castellano lo mismo. no quería que me repararan la bicicleta,solo quería una llave del 5 ya que yo me dedico también a la reparación de bicicletas y se algo del tema.en fin un 0 teniendo en cuenta que nos tenemos que ayudar en el gremio de la bici.

Phoned 6 weeks ahead to hire two road bikes. Were informed that we could hire the bikes over a weekend in October and that someone would call to confirm a week before our trip. Nobody called or even left a message hence phoned up the day before to be told that the business was closed all weekend and that we couldn’t have the bikes. A very rude and disappointing experience to say the least although another local business sorted us out with bikes last minute. A pity that I Love Bikes don’t love people enough to find a more efficient and pleasant way of communicating with customers.

Arrogant Russian owner who ripped me off with a shorty puncture repair kit and told me to get out of his shop to fit an odometer which I bought from him. Nasty guy! Stay away!!

Brilliant service the man behind the till was cheerful friendly and very helpful the bikes were great price and brand new city bikes which were comfortable and easy to ride.. highly recommend to anyone wanting to see the local sights in style!!

Customer service here is very good, everyone incredible helpful and nice! Recommend 100% this place for a new complete cycle.
