We found the house of our dreams through Country Life Properties. The agent Mario who took us to the house was very knowledgeable about the land and the house and it’s history. It’s our first time buying in Spain so we were so happy that Mario literally did everything for us and made the whole process so easy and was very patient explaining all the details along the way including translating at the Notary for us. I wish to put on record my great appreciation of an estate agency that provides a level of service that should be the envy of all its competitors. About a year ago not only did they sell our house at a difficult time when my wife’s health had deteriorated markedly but they ensured that all aspects of the sale were undertaken with such attention to detail that ensured no problems arose. The reason for pointing out that the sale was nye on a year ago is to highlight the fact that recently I had the need for some Spanish documentation and now living in Australia I could not just walk into the town hall to obtain it. Super goed geholpen door Mario. Hij weet zoveel en is heel eerlijk over elk huis. Hij helpt je waar hij kan en geeft goed advies. Dat kunnen wij niet over alle makelaars zeggen in Spanje, maar Mario is echt een betrouwbare, eerlijke en professionele makelaar die echt weet waar hij over praat en praat NL (be).
