We had an excellent experience. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The infrastructure is brand new. The only drawback we felt is the price, which is on the high side.

Spa situado dentro Hotel El Fuerte. Se puede reservar aunque no estés alojado allí.Todo nuevo.La zona de aguas incluye piscina de chorros, sauna, baño turco ( con mangueras para refrescar dentro) y tumbonas muy cómodas. Te proporcionan las toallas.El personal es muy amable y te explica todo con detalle.Dispone de varias salas para tratamientos.Me encantó la sala con jacuzzi privado y 2 camillas de masaje. Incluso tenía habitación expaciosa con 2 duchas.Toda una experiencia que no te puedes perder.

El mejor Spa de Marbella. Mi visita al Spa by Clarins en el Hotel el Fuerte fue simplemente excepcional, merece un rotundo 5/5 estrellas. Desde el momento en que entré, quedé impresionada por las instalaciones impecables y la hospitalidad del personal.El punto culminante de mi experiencia fue el baño turco, una experiencia revitalizante que me dejó completamente relajada. La sorpresa del cubo de hielo después del baño turco fue un toque encantador y refrescante que pocos Spas tienen.La atención al detalle y la limpieza impecable de todo el lugar realmente destacaron. Cada rincón parecía ser cuidadosamente mantenido y muy nuevo, lo que contribuyó a la sensación de lujo y bienestar.En resumen, mi tiempo en este Spa fue una experiencia maravillosa que superó todas mis expectativas. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para cualquiera que busque un oasis de relajación y rejuvenecimiento. ¡No puedo esperar para volver!"

One of the best massages I’ve ever had, a beautiful spa. Had a fabulous 2 hours in the spa.

Amazing spa, brand new and very relaxing ambiance. Lucia is a great therapist (I did El Fuerte massage and Even Skin Perfector facial treatment). Monica in the reception is very accommodating and the girls are friendly and welcoming.

No hay mejor experiencia que ver cumplido un sueño… y puedo decir que ese sueño se ha cumplido con un maravilloso tratamiento de cuerpo en el mejor de los ambientes que se puede imaginar. Destacar la calidad del Spa, el aroma presente en toda la estancia y la atención recibida. Volveré sin duda para probar otro tratamiento!

The spa is brand new and very well decorated, I loved the details. The hydro-therapy area gives positive vibes and relax feelings. The girls are super kind and professional. Monica at the reception is the best!

I had a wonderful spa day for my birthday, which happened to be a bit spontaneous! I was staying in Malaga, but on a whim I decided to take a day trip to Marbella. After searching for spa’s close to the city centre, I happened upon the Spa by Clarins, which had the facilities I was looking for (indoor pool / steam room) and a good range of massages and facials. As I hadn’t made an advanced booking, I was quite fortunate to meet Monica at the spa desk who helped me pick the most blissful treatment and went above an beyond to make sure I had a very relaxing and stress-free birthday. Thank you again Monica for your hospitality and I will be sure to visit again when I stay in Marbella properly next time!

Had a fantastic relaxing time in the SPA which is beautifully designed and creates a feeling of peace. However the real reason I was so delighted was the staff, especially Monica who was kind, caring and thoughtful. Not to forget a lovely massage by Belen. Thank you all. I will be back!

Been there a month ago with my girlfriend, we weren’t staying at the hotel but my girlfriend loves Clarins and we booked a couple massage in a double room with jacuzzi. We were pleasantly surprised by the service they offered, everyone from the staff was very attentive and smiling. The water area is a nice way to spend an hour to just relax.
