Moving to a new country with young children can be daunting, but with one month’s notice Ashley helped us find not one but TWO nannies (one permanent and one temporary) to help us ease the transition. He listened to our needs, walked us through the employment practices of our new country, sent detailed profiles on several excellent prospective candidates, and arranged for us to interview candidates remotely over an 10 hour time difference. We felt supported through the whole process and our wonderful new nanny was there to greet us when we arrived at our new home from the airport with jet lagged kids.
