Una atención de diez, fue para imprimir unas fotos y al final acabe comprando unos cuadros.Recomendable

I had to take a passport picture and it came out very dark. If you're offering a service for official purposes, have the right qualifications and serve people of different skin tones. This was the most awful picture ever taken and very expensive. Or don't go there if you're dark-skinned.

Me atendió un chico muy majo y profesional.Me asesoro sobre el mejor tamaño para poder imprimir ya que las quería cuadradasRapidez en cuanto a la entrega.

No me quisieron hacer unas fotos de carnet al tamaño que exige Estados Unidos. Eso, para un fotógrafo con el programa adecuado, es cuestión de unos 30 segundos. Y eso que son bastante más caros que la media. Le pongo un tres porque el empleado, aunque no fuera ayudador, sí fue amable.

I decided to come here after reading the reviews because it seemed very good. There were places near home too - but I came all the way JUST in the hope I'll get excellent results as in the reviews:)I hardly give a place low rating but this is why I had to in this case...▪️It was not busy, there was only one more client in the store. It was around noon so it was still very quiet. I asked the guy if he spoke English because my Spanish is not perfect yet. He said no - only Spanish because we are in Spain...)) ok I took it as a joke. He was not rude, neither extra friendly. He was ok.▪️ I showed him what I needed and explained quickly.I sat down and he took a photo, there were no comments : maybe on how to make my position better or so. He was going to go with the FIRST photo he took. It's a digital camera and it's not much trouble to take few. And as it's for my national passport which I'll be having for quite some years - I wanted to have something that looked decent. I asked him if he could take few more because I was tilted to one side, my chin was down, my expression was not good - and it literally looked like a bad mugshot... :)He took 3 and the 4th he said would be the last" - no more... though it wouldn't take even few seconds to take some more and quickly check. Never have I ever been told like that in any photo store. Usually until it's done well - they try to leave the customer satisfied. Especially where there aren't ANY OTHER customers in the stores.▪️I understood that I'll not be getting the service I expected

He ido hoy a por unas fotos, la atención ha sido excelente, la joven muy atenta explicándome y paciente en que yo escogiera las fotos. Sin duda volveré!
