This gym offers a great choice of classes for all levels.Have had PT from Berta that included Latin dancing and Move with Berta both I loved and continue to do Move with Berta online.And Pt with Jake including Kick-boxing and MMA.On my return in February I have already booked in to continue my fitness journey with Jake and Berta.One of the best things for me is when I am in uk I can continue with most classes live online and still feel very much a part of Hawks gym,great job you two,highly recommend this gym.

Cool gym run by cool people. I needed a gym with enough equipment to hit every body part and that’s hard to find in this area. This place had everything I needed: dumbbells up to 50kg, weight machines, cables etc. Would definitely recommend.

I having been training Muay Thai the last two weeks with Jake Hawkins. Excellent martial artist and a good coach. Pop along and try one of the many facilities available at the gym.

Have yet to be in a place as good both berta and jake unbelievable trainers . U will not leave here with out feeling u put 100 percent excellent such a family group both trainers and customers making everyone welcome .

If I would live bear there I would have joined the Zimba class. What a lovely group and I loved the teacher! Just looking inside made me want to join!! But 40 min drive is a bit to much for me

Very good gym had a personal training session with the head coach. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wishes to learn mma.
