ESTAFASE PRESENTA PERSONAS A PEDIR DATOS PERSONALES QUE NI SE PRESENTAN!!!!

Fist time ever that I write a bad comment. I never complain but this agency let me no other choice than to warn other people about their incompetence. I put one star because I can't put less than that.To explain you how bad is that agency, let me describe you the only 3 days I've been in contact with them :- First day : I call them after a visit to say that I'm taking the flat. No answer to my 4 first calls. The fifth call must have waken them up because someone answered me saying that the administrator wasn't here but that he would call me back at 12am. Having no news, I call again at 2pm and they say me that he would certainly call me just after. Guess what? He didn't. And they didn't answer my 3 other calls neither.- Second day : I finally manage to get in contact with the administrator who tells me that the flat is now booked. Ok, no luck for this flat so I'm contacting another agency to say that we take another flat then. But on the evening, Barcino Juridic calls me back to tell me that they thought I was someone else and for I don't know what reason they wanted to tell that person that the flat was already booked. So I'm a bit surprised that they get that mixed up but I decide to trust them again and to get an appointment to get the contract.-Third day : They send me a message on the morning saying more or less that someone I don't know will come tonight to the agency to solve a problem that I don't know in a flat that I don't know. And when I tell them that I have absolutely no idea of what they're talking about they say that they get mixed up. When i tell them that it's not very serious they tell me that they let us down and that we have to find something else. Of course, when I call to express my feelings about their behavior they get agressive, don't let me say anything more than Hola" and hang up on me saying that I should trust them blindly .In a nutshell
