First class service . The engineer Antonio arrived on time and had all the tools to do the job. He is knowledgeable and obviously an expert. Fault was found within minutes. He did a full service , worked clean and left the room spotless. His fees were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

They replaced my log burner with a pellet burner. Arrived exactly at time stated, old fire removed, new one installed with new flue and all work made good and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend this company to anybody.

Good workmanship pleased with it , BUT no instructions in English, once installed not too bothered afterwards. You need a vacuum to keep it clean. Since installed I have found its NOT the cheapest around for the same equipment.

Initial fitting of Pellet burner was good apart from not fitting a bird guard on chimney outlet. Requested fitment of guard on service. It was not done due to lack of that being communicated to technician and him not having ladder. Reschedule of fitting not done due to weather then when done charged 25€ more then rough price given. So 40€ for a job that took 10 minutes and requested on service schedule. Not a happy person really.On complaint to company, no satisfactory explanation received, no refund so will not recommend or use again.
