I went for a silent retreat and it was amazing. The environment, the hospitality, the guidance, the food and everything else was perfect. Ellen is fantastic and I walked away with so many learnings. I felt relaxed, safe, grounded and humbled. I would go back again and hope to do so.

No puedo irme de este sitio sin estar ya planeando mi próximo visita. Es realmente precioso, hecho y cuidado con muchísimo amor y cariño y las personas que visitan o viven son siempre de lo más encantadores. Kausay is the most beautiful place. It has been two months since the silent mediation retreat I joined, and it has not been a day since I am not in awe about my experience and the change it created in my life. The people, the place, the food, everything is authentic and beautiful. Joining the retreat was one of the best things I ever did for myself.I am looking forward to coming back next year.

I just spent a splendid long weekend at Kausay participating in the silent meditation retreat. Disconnecting from my busy world for a few days and connecting with myself was super healing. It is quiet and serine in their calm mountain community. Ellen and her team/family made me feel very welcome. I highly recommend you visit this little piece of paradise.

Paz y armonía con la naturaleza. Un lugar donde la tranquilidad y la meditacion es una de sus razones de ser.Alquilamos una Yurta y estuvimos 2 noches conviviendo sin televisor, ni internet. Una experiencia de 10 para pasar y desconectar unos dias.Se puede hacer senderismo, se aprende a reciclar, a vivir con el entorno, hay actividades para niños y sobretodo se fortalecen las relaciones familiares.

Had a couple of fantastic retreats here, will likely go again. The area is stunning and the program Ellen puts together is really well balanced and conducive to introspection and spiritual growth.
