Karen Wilkinson is more than kind in her review; since the multinational group Orpea bought out the Sanyres group, this establishment has sunk so badly that nobody is happy here. The food is often compared to prison food, although I think prison food might be better, as the prisoners have to cook it for themselves. The apartments are comfortable, and the staff are great, but if something goes wrong, there is no longer local management, everything has to be reported back to head office in Madrid, who refuse to correspond with residents. My building has been suffering from failed internet since September. It is a simple fix, requiring an inexpensive new component and some labour, but nothing gets done about it. Almost all residents use the internet for their entertainment, or to keep in touch with their families back home, so the Christmas week has been miserable for many. Nada que ver la web con la realidad. Falta de limpieza, sábanas remendadas, habitación nefasta, las medidas covid no existen cuando se trata de cobrar una estancia temporal. La fianza si es un periodo vacacional tienes que reclamarla como yo durante 68 días. No lo recomiendo a nadie.

He tenido mi marido, 88 años, enfermo de Parkinson, en la residencia Orpea de Puerto Banús, temporalmente. Durante 2 meses mi marido tenía un excelente tratamento sía humano que material. Mejor no se puede, ni siquiera en casa propia. Recomiendo sinceramente esta residencia.

La comida deja bastante que desear, pero lo peor es que hemos tenido que demandarlos para que nos devuelvan la fianza. Lo hemos conseguido con la ayuda de un abogado. Impresentables, no lo puedo recomendar a nadie

Nuestra experiencia fue nefasta, mi madre sólo pasó allí un mes, le perdieron su andador, su medicación no supieron darsela desde el primer dia, la comida era malísima, poca calidad (alitas de pollo para ancianos) y lo peor de todo se quedaron con la fianza con mala fe.No la recomiendo nada de nada

Sanyres is ok, It is not exceptional. My father has been here over two years with dementia. I have just taken my father out of sanyres and moved him back to the UK where I discovered that he had been put on a strong dose of anti-psychotic medicine without my knowledge, this medicine is dangerous for people who have had a stroke - and my father has had a stroke. The medicine has kept him sedated without my knowledge. I'm obviously very unhappy about this.There are very few activities and weekends are very quiet, no stimulation. Residents are locked out of their rooms during the day and locked in at night which my father finds distressing. Often residents are kept waiting in wheelchairs in corridors. When I'd been away for 3 weeks and went to visit my father recently, I found he had no toothpaste or shower gel. Many of his clothes are lost despite being clearly marked. Better if you are here visiting your relative frequently to keep an eye on them. Other than that, the apartments are nice and the setting is good, the garden is well cared for and the food seems ok.

With Dr Fernandez from orpea 'care' home messing up not once, but four times my mother prescription drugs, it caused her a hypertensive event which almost took her life. I am suing them of course, but would also like to warn you of the following: patients left alone on wheelchairs in corridors, mouth agape, like detritus. No medical oversight or activities that were promised. Live, naked electrics in patients rooms. My mother was left in her own urine for days because the doctor did not accept she was incontinent. A disgrace to elderly care which authorities cannot close soon enough.

Decepción. Mala comida. No devuelven la fianza. Poca atención sanitaria. A mi suegra le perdieron la medicación, el andador.. Amaneció un día llena de picadura de insectos y no la trataron.. No la recomiendo para nada. Solo se salva el personal al que tienen saturado .

Ex empleada enfermera, me prometieron 27.000€/año + bonus . Antes con 4 días de cobrar me hecharon sin motivos válidos. Después de 4 días me ingresaron 1300€ nisiquera el sueldo de una Auxiliar allí. Son mentirosos, me estafaron y me robaron. Son muchos más cosas sucias" allí. Los qué ellos no saben es que existe Justicia DIVINA
