Europcar Almeria

La experiencia en esta agencia de Europcar en Huercal, Almeria, fue formidable! La chica que nos atendió super amable, nos explicó todo y nos asesoró de maravillas. Como el auto que habíamos rentado no estaba disponible, nos dieron uno muchisimo mejor, nuevísimo y en óptimas condiciones. Recomiendo reservar directamente desde la página web de europcar o en la agencia misma. Muchas gracias! Hasta la próxima!

Absolute rip off!! Staff are ignorant don't come out to walk round the car just mumble stuff and give you the keys that's when they actually turn up, we stood for ages and other customers waiting then they casually just strolled in the airport.We went round the car ourselves and sent photos as instructed to their WhatsApp! On returning the car they charged us over £130 for damage which was already documented on their form but they will not accept their own damage sheet as proof we didn't do the damage!! Although surely if you've charged a customer to repair that damage it should be repaired!! Absolute con I imagine they charge every single customer for the same damage and never get it repaired just avoid them and take note of the reviews on trust pilot of them as the reviews are true they are awful!!
