K10 Rent a car Ibiza

Rented a car for one day from their on street office in the old town and returned in San Antonio, good service, easy to deal with, no problem upon return of car, loses marks for having to walk half a km to pick up the car from storage garage and having requested an automatic they gave me a manual, full deposit was refunded around 5 days later

Todo genial no puedo decir otra cosa... Alquilamos un coche en san antonio para tres dias y la verdad q fueron muy atentos hasta nos dejaron una sombrilla para ir a la playa.. Creo q no solo se deben poner las reseñas malas.. Sino también lo bueno.. Como en este caso nos paso a nosotros.

I don't even know if I should start with the shockingly bad customer service, the contract minefield, or the fact that I have finally agreed with my bank for them to credit the money I initially paid to K10 back to me. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I booked a car through DoYouSpain and paid excess insurance for K10. When arriving at K10 the first thing I was told was to bring a printed copy of the confirmation otherwise it would be a 30 Euro charge. Instantly I thought 'lock down the hatches because as storm is a' coming'. And boy that storm came. I was then told the excess paid is with DoYouSpain rather than K10, so they wanted an additional 30 Euros a day. Frustrated, yes, doable, yes BUT. And here's the big but... they then demanded a 1200 euros deposit. Absolutely not. Reading previous reviews was the reason I took excess out, to avoid the deposit amount. For this to be then invalid is ridiculous. A figure of 450 euros was banded about, before going back to the 1200 euros figure, with two agitated Spanish men clearly trying to con as much out of British tourists as they could. It was almost second-nature to them, a set-piece if you like. After 20 minutes of stating that their contract won't hold up in a caught of law, I was not prepared to hand over anymore money and took it up through my banks credit card insurance. I then went to A TURBO (5 minutes walk away) where all the costs are explained upfront and the deposit of 150 euros was given back to me in a heartbeat upon return of the Chev. DITCH K10 RENT A CAR BUT GO WITH A TURBO.

De lo peor, empezando por el trato al cliente como si le hubiera sentado mal que hubiéramos entrado a por el coche que habíamos reservado. Entre otras cosas 400€ de fianza nos pedían, no crean que ha buscado alguna solución, la solución es que nos fueramos a otro lado. Se ha quedado con los 30€ de la reserva del coche que no hemos llegado a coger.. increíblemente sinvergüenza el hombre. Nos ha mandado a freír espárragos, no sé cómo puede trabajar gente así de cara al público

Horrible. Alquilamos 4 motos para 1 semana y siempre aparcamos las 4 motos juntas y “casualidad” 1 de las motos desaparece “robada” la empresa de k10 solo se ocupa de cobrar ella parte del seguro y de quedarse con la fianza. No nos dieron ni 1 solución y es más nos tocó alquilar otra moto evidentemente en otra empresa porque ellos no nos ayudaron en nada. Y casualmente tras muchos mail y muchas llamadas y gracias a un amigo policía. La moto aparece 3 semanas después a 2 manzanas del hotel. Casualidad ??? Yo creo que no es mi opinión. Nunca jamás volveré a reservar nada con esta empresa y no se lo voy a recomendar a nadie

Good Morning! We rented a car at KA 10, through the internet. When we arrived around 2:00 p.m., the store was closed, although the service hours were until 3:00 p.m. We had to wait until 16:30, when two boys, a Spanish and a Brazilian, arrived to pick us up. The spanish receites us very badly, it seemed like he was doing us a favor. Since we were only going to stay for a few hours with the car, because we would travel at night, we reserved the simplest car. They did not have the car available. We had to wait about half an hour. When we returned the car, there was only one person in the store, who was attending a lady, we waited some time, and we had to walk to the airport, drop" the key there

No alquiléis nada con esta empresa.Se lava las manos a la mínima, no da soluciones y engaña al consumidor haciendo cosas de dudosa legalidad.Calificó con una Estrella porque no se puede menos.

AVOID. My finance, daughter and my self paid to rent a car we never even got to drive!via DoyouSpain, we arrived and awaited for 1-1/2 hours for nothing, no shuttle bus at all. We called and called an no answer, we then had to pay for a taxi of which cost €40 we called them next day as it was late to have a rude response stating we never turned up and we would need to put through a complaint,(of which we did) we walked into k-10 in San Antonio to meet the most rude, unhelpful man he did not care at all and just stated that the airport was the problem (obv nothing to do with them) we are now home and still not had an email reply or our money back for something we didn’t even use. Please use mainstream company’s evey single person in the office was complaining. Awful, Awful experience never ever again will I use such a Scamming company.
