when we tried to pick up our car at Terminal2, we found nobody their.. only a pice of paper was there, because the terminal2 office was closed for some reason (even though, they send a mail that I can pick up my car their..), when we successfully got into terminal1, which was not easy due to COVID, we found a closed office at terminal1 as well, with a piece of paper again.. please go to parking B..." ok.. It was more than an hour to find them. I paid 150 eur security deposit

My experience with this Enterprise and the entire team was amazing. After a lot of fuss at a Hertz down the street and an employee that was rude, I decided to cancel that reservation and go down the street to Enterprise. Not only were all team members incredibly helpful and nice, but the Rav4 I got was in great condition and the weekly rate (pay 5 days, get 2 free) is a great deal. 5 star recommendation.

The new car rental facility was quick and easy to get to via shuttle bus. Highly recommend signing up for free Fast break membership as we went right up to the 3rd level to pick up the car. The compact car we rented was clean and got great gas mileage. Returning the vehicle was fast and easy. All employees we met were courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend Car Rental.
