De lessen van Yessica zijn een cadeautje aan jezelf. Haar stijl van les geven maakt je vrolijk. Je kan echt merken dat ze al zoveel ervaring heeft, een professional, ook 1 op 1 en ze weet met een grapje tussendoor je workout net naar een hoger niveautje te tillen zodat je achteraf trots op jezelf bent.

For some time now, I’ve had the pleasure of taking part in both Functional Training and Pilates classes led by Yessica, and I want to share the positive impact it has had on me, both in terms of overall well-being and fitness.Firstly, Yessica has a knack for creating a very comfortable space, where regardless of our level of experience and fitness, my friends and I always leave feeling on cloud 9.Additionally, it’s clear that she’s very knowledgeable, and she puts it to good use by keeping things fresh, always leading well-organized sessions, and very kindly answering any questions we might have

Suelo ir a una clase de pilates con Yessica a la semana y, si bien suele ser una actividad exigente, se hace muy agradable por su actitud. Constantemente nos recuerda que podemos hacerlo y también que la actividad puede ser divertida. Me gustan sus clases y la forma en que las imparte, es una entrenadora integral y una gran persona. I have been training with Yessica for a while now and she is an incredible teacher. She has an incredible knowledge of Pilates. She really takes the time to focus on deep movement paired with proper breathing. You will leave feeling your muscles actually worked out, your body feels tighten and stronger and you are relaxed. My sessions with her are my favorite workout and something I look forward to everytime.

Yessica is an incredible trainer, every time I arrived at her classes, I felt stressed, and when I left, I was full of positive vibes and super relaxed. I have followed plenty of yoga & Pilates classes in my life and Yessica‘s are amongst the best. Her deep knowledge about the body and how it works help her to create classes that leave you feeling energised or grounded, depending on your needs. Yessica can make you sweat in a challenging Pilates class, but can also soothe you into deep relaxation with her soft voice during a calming yin practice. If you are looking for an experienced trainer who is passionate, warm-hearted, funny and caring but also motivates you to push the limits, I‘d definitely recommend seeing Yessica!

I've had many personal trainers in my life (and very good ones) but Yessica is hands down the best. She adapts to your needs while motivating you with great enthusiasm to demand your best. At the same time, it takes into account your lifestyle, your health in general, your diet, rest... More than a trainer, she is a healthy habits coach. She gives 100% in her classes tirelessly, with a lot of sympathy and pleasure, making her classes friendly and fun. And also, every week, she sends you a summary of your practice, with her suggestions and more motivation, as well as the proposal for the following week of PT, to find out if it is what you most want. Over the years, I have followed lots of yoga classes with Yessica and I can honestly say she’s one of the best teachers I know. Yessica brings knowledge, skill, and passion.Her instructions are clear and easy to follow, and she always offers modifications for different levels and abilities. I appreciate that she focuses on proper alignment and encourages us to listen to our bodies to prevent injury.But what I love most about Yessica's classes is the atmosphere she creates.
