Meeting the attendant Simon from Argentina I instantly knew our experience was going to be amazing. He was extremely helpful and professional giving us lots of tips and good places to visit for our first time in Mallorca. Amazing person your company is lucky to have him! Upon returning our Fiat 500 Maria was also very efficient which made it an easy and stress free drop off. We have since recommended renting a car through Alamo to 5 of our friends who will be visiting Mallorca. Thank you Alamo for stepping up the car rental experience. Would 100% go though them again

Office closed on arrival even after providing flight details, doing express check out, and paying in advance.Impossible to get an answer from the customer service regarding refund.D+21 since issue, many calls, many emails… still no answers.Alamo your customer service is deplorable.I STRONGLY ADVICE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE.

I had an amazing experience with them, cheap and Brand new car with everything for 9 days only paid 266€ plus 200 security deposit. I will be using them again world wide. Thanks for sending my security deposit back without delay❤️

The worst rental agency! I booked aromatic SUV, we arrived 2 hrs late, our car wasn’t ready. They offered us huge Chinese electric one and instructions for charging. App didn’t work. Most stations don’t work either. Eventually with 24% of battery, my car wouldn’t turn the engine on. Nobody answers the phone or emails. No support was provided! Never again!!!!

Superb service from the Alamo team at Palma. Special mention to Rachel at pick-up, plus colleagues, Joaquin and Pablo at return. Car more than suitable for our needs. Seamless and efficient process made for a great start to our holiday. Highly recommend. Will be my first choice on any return visit.

Rental shop was closed when we went to pick up the car we booked and paid for. Very unreliable information online. They say they close two hours after the advertised closing hours but in reality there was no one in either main office or the two booths they have in the car park. And we paid for the car in advance, but still unavailable service. No one answers the phone, so no customer support.We had to last minute rent with Europcar - which had great service and most importantly was open!!

Myself and my fiancé booked a short break to Palma for 5 days, since there is so many beautiful places to see on the island, it would be sacrilege to not book yourself a car to give you the freedom to explore.On arrival to Palma airport, Alamo is well signposted so finding the front desk is a breeze. Our first interaction was with a gentleman called Pedro. He explained everything clearly, took our details and showed us the way to the carpark where we would.meet another of his colleagues to collect the car. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, he also gave us some sweet spots to check out on our travels. Very professional and he's a testament to the companies success.When we got to the carpark we met with Simon, who showed us to our car, covered everything we needed to know about the contract, the car it's self amd broke down all the costs. Again, super professional, courteous, polite and a super great dude! Alamo should be proud having these 2 working for them, they treat the business and its customers like its their own.Returning the car was super fast, just drive to the hire car drop off point at Palma airport, don't worry its extremely well signposted coming off of the motorway, super easy to find, hand back the keys and that's it! Overall a great experience and will definitely use again when we head back to the island.Few things that stood out which made using Alamo great was:A) their damage policy on the car. Compared to other companies, if you happen to scrape or ding the car a little, they have a card they use to measure the size of the damage, if it's smaller than their template there is no charge...The template is quite generous!B) we hired an electric car, it had a afull charge, if you return the car literally empty of electricity....they won't charge you either!C) their staff go.above and beyond to make sure you are happy and understand everything before you drive off. They are very accommodating too, we accidentally booked a manual car instead of an auto, they were so chilled about it and sorted us out without any issues.Highly recommend!

If you arrive, late they run out of normal vehicles. All they can offer is electric vehicles. The customer can then spend their free time to exchange the car on the following day. With 3/3 charging Stadions not working, it has been a terrible experience
