Chris is the consummate expert, time served in his field, inexhaustibly knowledgeable, adept at resolving any problem and, (unusually for IT professionals,) also a very good teacher. When you send your enquiry Gail will respond to you instantly, and she is extremely helpful. You will also be pleasantly surprised by how little such a superb service will cost you!

I have dealt with Chris and Gail for about 15 years and cannot praise them enough. Whenever I have a problem with my computer Gail or Chris take over on Team Viewer and it is sortedimmediately . I have been using Alien Technologies for many years and have always found them to be extremely efficient, reliable and up to date with information and new computer innovations which seem to occur daily.I always feel that I receive a personal service whether ordering an item from their extensive on-line shop, or they visit the house to answer a call-out request. Also they are very helpful and resourceful over the telephone and will often sort out a problem without the necessity of a call-out. We have been using Alien Technologies for our office computers for the last few years. They offer a brilliant service. Gail can offer assistance over the phone on a lot of things and if not Chris will come out and visit. Both of them are very friendly and knowledgeable and offer a great service. We would recommend them to anyone!

Chris and Gail at Alien are both professional IT people and have endless patience, particularly Gail when confronted with stupid questions from a semi- computer illiterate client. If she can't solve the problem Chris sails in and personally puts it right with no fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending Alien for any computer task.
