Ca Na Xica – Hotel & Spa

This hotel truly blew any expectations out of the water! The service was second to none, the facilities and rooms were incredible (Many hours spent in the outdoor jacuzzi.) The food in this hotel was above any other hotel restaurant we have had by far, especially when it comes to a pool bar, I still think about the steak tar tar.In all honesty this experience was made by the exceptional staff who even in a HUGE rain storm ran around the pool with umbrellas so we could get back to our rooms as dry as possible.A HUGE thank you to Maria, Lucia, Tinop & Jorge (Apologise if I have spelt any names wrong) you made our trip so special.We will be back!

Ca Na Xica in Ibiza is a hidden gem for any couple looking for a romantic and intimate wedding venue. We were lucky enough to photograph a beautiful wedding there and were blown away by its stunning scenery. From the lush olive trees to the serene countryside setting, every inch of this venue is designed to take your breath away. The intimate copse ceremony, surrounded by ancient pine trees, was a highlight of the day, and the bride looked simply radiant. If you're looking for a truly magical wedding experience, Ca Na Xica is a must-visit!

Beautiful hotel, set in a fantastic location in the middle of a field, with pine trees and olive trees around. It's the perfect place to relax, disconnect, recharge your batteries and enjoy nature. The food at Salvia, the hotel restaurant, is delicious. We are definitely coming back.

What an experience. The hotel and grounds are absolutely stunning, we stayed in a premier suite and the room had such a nice design, I loved all the furniture. Each room is named after iconic things about Ibiza and has different furniture/art relating to that thing. The staff were so friendly and took care of our every need, booking restaurants and offering recommendations. I was amazed and felt incredibly special when they all seemed to know it was my birthday and all my dietary requirements even though I only had told one staff member. The location is perfect and we always felt like we were a world away when lying by the pool as it was so quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful hotel although some upgrades could be made and service can be improved to go from good to great. We have given feedback to the hotel staff and they were very happy to hear it and take it into account, thus a very constructive conversation with them. We do not consider this a spa hotel however, due to the limited installations and quality of the wellness area.

Hotel is beautiful. Wonderful architecture. Gorgeous pool and grounds. Hotel design and landscape are highlights. But style over substance rules here. As a for instance, either the shower door or the toilet door can be closed. But because the door is shared, one cannot ose both the shower and and toilet door at the same time.This is NOT a 5* hotel IMHO.Service Issues (and there are many):Room not properly cleaned. Used coffee cups left in room. Sink not cleaned.No bathroom amenities like tissues, Q-tips or shower caps. Big bottle of body wash was left empty for days.Blinds not opened when room is cleaned (or should I say when bed is made).Remote control for TV was missing(obvious quality control issue in that no one is checking whether room is in proper order).We were give a bottle of Cava for booking directly and told we could have it whenever, just to ask. We asked one day when we were sitting at the pool. The bottle was brought to us with an ice bucket lacking almost any water or ice, and we had to open it ourselves, which is certainly easy enough for us to do, but just goes to show the level of service.Breakfast was included and good. Proper assortment and yummy green juice. But staff was lazy and most patrons had to go an request hot breakfast options instead of wait-staff coming to the table to take the order.Upon checking in we were told the gym was open 24hrs. The first night I was jetlagged and couldn't sleep. Went to the gym only to find it was closed.This is a very quiet hotel. Perfect for architect enthusiasts and reading quietly by the pool.Upon checking out, the man at the reception had to stick the credit card machine out the windows and say 'the reception here isn't so good'. After manually calculating our bill, I thought to myself he couldnt be more correct.Considering the cost

We had a wonderful stay at Ca Na Xica, staying for the final three nights of our Ibiza trip this year. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated for exploring the North of the island. It’s extremely quiet and peaceful, with probably the most beautiful pool area we’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The service from check in to check out was brilliant. And dinner in Salvia was probably the best meal I’ve had in Ibiza (and I’ve been coming for years!). We really couldn’t fault this hotel at all and will returning next year for sure
