Fully restored and renovated. The Meller Suite is perfectly integrated into the attic, at the end of a corridor, away from the elevator and therefore very quiet. The furnishings are of very high quality, there is a separate living area, a bathroom with a large rain shower and personal care products from L'Occitane, a separate toilet, a sleeping area with a free-standing bathtub and a balcony with a large whirlpool. The suite is very spacious, you can hardly feel the sloping ceilings.The breakfast is from the category “something you never forget” - rich, varied, colorful - a really vital start to the day. Very fine food, excellent service and a great atmosphere.No wish remains unfulfilled, the team works well together and is very guest-focused.

This hotel was chosen because of all the great reviews and let me tell you, it did not disappoint one bit! It is a beautiful hotel from the lobby area to the rooms! The location is perfect too. You can walk everywhere from there, trust me we did and never needed an Uber. The service we got was also phenomenal from the moment we walked in at around 8am from our red eye flight from the USA. Our room was not quite ready but they got it ready in less than 1 hour so we were able to check in our room. The rooms are well appointed too and bed is so comfortable with great pillows. The rain shower was simply amazing with great water pressure. It is about a half hour ride by taxi from the airport which cost $30 Euro. There are many bars and restaurants right across the street and next to hotel too. I would not even look anywhere else if you are looking at hotels in Madrid! Book here and you will not be disappointed one bit.

Brunch de domingo algo decepcionante. Poca atención por parte de los camareros. Todo el rato teniendo q llamarles para q nos atendieran las bebidas.Música en vivo muy agradable, el cantante bastante simpático.A la hora de pagar, nos cobraron por.el menú de copa de champan q NO bebimos por q nadie nos lo ofreció.Desde luego, no volveremos.

La ubicación es estupenda. Servicio en altura. La habitación está limpia y me gustó especialmente la bañera de la habitación. Por la noche hubo música en vivo y el desayuno estuvo muy rico. ¡Definitivamente lo recomiendo! Un lugar al que querrás volver otra vez♥️

Such an amazing hotel with really nice service in the city center and with a pillow selection. The bathtub was so relaxing and the cocktails at the bar were delicious. Highly recommended

Vamos de vez en cuando a tomar cócteles a su salón y siempre salimos contentos.Los cócteles están geniales y bien de precio para el sitio que es y cómo está Madrid (15€) y el servicio es muy amable. Un oasis de tranquilidad en esa calle tan ruidosa. Espero que sigan con esa política para seguir atrayendo clientes para dar a conocer el hotel. Se lo recomendamos además a unos amigos y les encantó.También estuvimos en la semana de la coctelería de Madrid y fenomenal como siempre.

A beautiful hotel. Lovely bar. Rooms are elegantly designed. Large, spacious bathrooms. Warm, friendly, kind and professional service. Weaknesses: Very small gym with little space - only usable if you like to use the machines. For a very expensive hotel a little cheap they make you pay 3 E every time you make a coffee in your room. Not the most elegant of street entrances although little the hotel can do about that.
